10$ chicken wrap with literally no sauce ,stingy on toppings like a kids size wrap, Opa step up your game , it's a rip off as your wraps have literally no toppings and charging top dollars. Not worth it

Sadly, this location has declined over the years! All of our visits at this location lately have been a continuous streak of poor service and subpar food.1) They are ALWAYS out of something you want on the menu. Tonight, at 6 pm, they had no pork.2) The quality of how the meat is cooked, is always a hit or miss. Tonight, the chicken was tender, but lamb was tough and dry.3) For some odd reason, tonight the Greek Salad was all onions. Never have I received a Greek salad from here or any place with such an absurd amount of onions. I love onions but it's all I could taste and can still taste!4) It is very rare for the staff to get your order right. After a really long and rough 48 hours (we suffered a miscarriage), we stopped here on our way home to pick up a bite to eat. Exhausted and drained, it was our last stop before going home to grieve and physically heal. Aware the service is always poor, my husband was very clear with the staff. He said three times no tomatoes in the wrap, emphasizing importance - caring the only thing to get right about the order is no tomatoes. Raw tomatoes give me severe killer heart burn. I will pick them out of the salad but always hold tomatoes as a topping on anything. Exhausted, he sat down as they prepared the order trusting they'd get it right. Low and behold we get home to discover my wrap was full of tomatoes. When diced, soggy and saturated in tzataki, they are hard to pick off. Because I am not picky, I still ate it a long with a bottle of Tums(which don't always work l)! On the other hand, my husband did not eat. He was too angry, tired, and disheartened, feeling the last thing I needed tonight was a case of heartburn.This experience will be our final and last with Opa. Wouldn't recommend this place, especially if your are having a bad day!

My food was left over and old from day or two days before, didn’t notice until i got home. So disappointed that they serve old food to customers. I threw out as it’s wasn’t edible ( 2 chicken souvlaki plates) . Potatoes were old and dry as well the chicken. Never go back there?

I feel very disappointed with the meat portions when compared to other opa locations I have tried, the food was okay but for the price I paid it's worth visiting again, and i had to order more and each kebab I ordered was like 5 bucks!! And it was such a tiny potion. Avoid this location and go to a better reviewed opa location for a better experience.

Honestly, I had to ask their names because I wanted to THANK them publicly!! Raymond was welcoming and kind as he was training a new (also very friendly) employee!! Kamal made our food and he was very good at what he does! Food was fresh and delicious! The restaurant and bathrooms were very nice and clean!! THANK YOU!! We always look forward to coming to this location!!

This location at Westhills in Calgary was good 4 years ago when they first opened. But now it’s hit and miss at best. I ordered a Santorini salad and it was 90% chick peas. Very little tomatoes, and anything else. Protein always dry. No warm and fuzzy feeling here when you come in or leave. I don’t recommend this location.

I usually go out of my way to go to this Opa because the food was better and the usual lady was great.Today I placed my order that I have been ordering for 13 years across at the very least DOZENS of other Opas and they tried to charge me $1.50 to put a teaspoon of feta on my fries. Never happened once in my life at any Opa I have EVER gone to.There is plenty of other Opas to go to that aren’t rip-off artists and I will NEVER go back to this one again. Congratulations! Your competition isn’t just the other businesses around you, it’s your other locations as well. Standardize your practices in your franchises or you will lose out to other locations.Looking back, the food itself started to go downhill here recently anyways. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Never got tzatziki with my meal even when I do at other locations and it's on the menu board... besides that, the peppers were clearly frozen and thawed out making them translucent and soggy. Do better, it doesn't take much effort to provide fresh peppers. I would not return to this location.Parking: Several wheelchair and regular stalls availableWheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in and out of location with a wheelchair. No button on door though, unfortunately.
