Came 15 minutes before close(I know, hate to be THAT guy), but she said they were closed, and they had "no drinks". I understand that you probably started your closing clean up early and didn't want to have to clean the machine again, but that's not very good customer service. I hope to change this review in the future.

I have only been here once, but had a pretty decent experience overall. My Orange Julius' shake turned out to be very tasty, cold, and refreshing. The service was prompt and friendly. And my order came exactly as I asked for it to be. It's too bad that the Dairy Queen attached to this location is not a \"restaurant\" (ie. No burgers, chicken tenders, etc.), but they do have hot dogs ?

I just ordered a medium Royal Blizzard and when I received it it was oozing from the side and dripping all over. Obviously, she couldn't flip it up side down. I ask if they inforce the policy. She says yes what kind do I want. I want a coupon. No sir, I need to eat two Bilzzards on the spot. What's up with that!? Why don't you offer coupons!?

Do...... You.... Find.... This... Annoying??? Well if you do, I highly suggest you do NOT make a pit stop at the Orange Julius juice bar in Sunridge Mall. The service is SLOW. Painfully slow. Irritatingly slow. You get the point. I ordered 2 juices y'all, and it took 'em about 10 minutes to get them in my hands. SERIOUSLY?!?!? YES. After that kind of time wastage, allow me to get to the point. Two words: Never Again.
