Ordered from Palominos on Uber, first they didn't have the item we wanted which is understandable so we ordered a other item. We ordered the taco salad with pull pork on it, we get the delivery and they gave us turkey instead and wrote us a note saying they ran out of pulled pork and just gave us turkey. First off why did they not let us know by calling us...also my gf is allergic to turkey so we just wasted $26 on this salad with pulled pork but got turkey instead. Absolutely horrible service and basically they just wrote on a note to contact Uber support to fix it. Poor customer service at it's best

This establishment is so wonderful that I have very positive feelings, the cafe is very atmospheric, the staff is gentle and professional, the ribs were so delicious that I was delighted, thank you, we will definitely come again and I also recommend everyone to come to this establishment

Waitress was phenomenal and the food was absolutely delicious …. The lazy sack at the front door with glasses and the touque was useless as ….. yep …. Not sure he is meant for customer service. Not sure what his actual job is other than being a rude individual.

Very cool place! The food was amazing, the service was great!I wish we found this place sooner. We discovered it on our last day visiting Calgary.They have bands play in the basement and it looked awesome. We will definitely be back here on our next trip to Calgary!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options!
Chili was nothing more than watery leftovers. Worst “chilli” I have ever had anywhere!! And I’ve lived in Texas and Oklahoma. TotalRip off, please do not waste your money.

The food in this place smells and tastes fantastic! Anything I've ever had on their menu has been beyond expectations!My only disappointment- took 2 of your desserts to go yesterday. On menu, one was described as Banana Pudding w.Nilla Wafers- actually made of graham crackers and nothing that resembled a banana. (A congealed lump of ? below custard). The second, described as a coffee pudding with lil donut topping- actually made again of Graham crackers (flavourless) and a watery coffee pudding thing. Descriptions for both were way off.Please QA these yourself and see if they resemble anything like they're described in the menu! I hope to try it with better luck next visit!

Great smoked food with quite the range of choice in a very nice location and old building. Prices are a little high I have to admit but the food is worth it!
