Poor services. We order there around 2-3 pm the lady serve us very rude. She don’t know what customer service is. She never smile, never welcome the customer seems nothing. Not sure if she like her job or not. She talk to us in attitude voice.

First time trying panago was a disappointment. This location was close to my workplace. I order a salad and it came with no dressing, the employee is new so I return the next day and the same employee made me a new salad , so I felt bad and decided to order honey garlic chicken wings and a mini cheesecake on top. My chicken wings has no sauce on it!. They need to trained new employees properly, nice guy but very disappointed I will not return.

For years this location has been my first choice for pizza, however, after this now being the third time in a row that the pizza was poor quality (and almost cold, never mind only barely warm this time), I will not be ordering direct from Panago anymore. I’ll be using the 3rd party delivery services so that I can select which location I am getting delivery from. Here’s hoping that that the location that is actually quicker to get to, rather than geographically closest, can live up to the standard that Panago once held.

Marie was great to me and I had some trouble with deciding my order but she was extremely patient I don't know how she didn't at all get frustrated or start to rush me. She's amazing and the food was amazing which might have even been prepared by her as she was in the back after she took my order. So Thank You Marie!This was on Friday around 1pm Feb.5.2022
