We didn't sit there so this was delivery. We ordered one regular pizza and another plant based. The plant based had real cheese and made my gf sick. I wouldn't trust this place.Vegetarian options: They didn't use the daiya cheese they gave beyond meat with real cheese despite what was ordered. People got sick.

Arrived tonight at 10:30 to pick up an order. Person working refused to take cash because he had already counted the coins an hour and a half before close. Would have been chill but my pizza also only had sauce on half of the pizza. Super disappointing experience.

Ordered a combo, pizza + chicken, but they only delivered the pizza. Only offered recourse was to wait for the driver to come back with them. I'm not holding up dinner waiting who knows how long, so I called and asked for a refund on the difference between combo ordered and actual just a pizza delivered, but they refused. Won't even refund me the tip I foolishly prepaid.Edit to respond to the "we're sorry" bot: I called the customer service team at the time. THE ONLY RECOURSE OFFERED WAS TO WAIT FOR THE DRIVER TO COME BACK WITH THEM. No refund of the value of the missing food, no refund of the tip. NOTHING. Panago had the chance to make it right, and refused to. Then, after the call, 30 minutes later, and despite the fact that I told both the delivery driver and the phone rep not to bother, a driver arrived with the chicken, which I refused. They could have just sent the refund. They SHOULD have just sent the refund.So, they 1. screwed up my order, 2. disregarded my instructions to not bother bringing the chicken too late, 3. refused to offer any form of compensation, 4. wasted food, and 5. spent more cost and effort doing so than the refund value I was requesting in doing all of this.Fail.
