WORST customer service ever!!! I went at night and Philippino guy was working. He looked like he didn’t even want to be there. As he was taking our order, he looked so angry. And kept messing up our order. He was touching the counter top, cashier machine, door handle and then proceeded to make our food without gloves or washing his hands.

I received Panago’s gift card as gift and I tried to redeem it on Panago’s website, to pay a pizza order, but the payment with the gift card was out of service both times on different days I tried. On November 17, around 7:30 pm, I went to Panago at 17 AVE to buy a pizza and pay with the gift card. When I asked to the employee to check the balance he call another employee to check it. When the other employee arrived, he tried to check the balance 2 or 3 times and said that he couldn’t see it because it was his first time doing that and he didn’t know how to do it. I asked if someone else could help him and he said that gift card is something new and no one knows how to use it. The funny part is that in front of the computer of the check out area there is an advertisement of the gift card. How they sell it without providing training for the staff in how to check cards balance? So disappointed! I left the store without pizza, with my gift card that I still don’t know how much has in it. Note: in the gift card there is no information about the balance, that’s why I don’t know how much has in it.Great customer service! ?

We just moved to the area and this is the third time we have ordered directly through the app at this location. Everytime, the pizza has arrived within 30 minutes, has been super hot, fresh, and the delivery drivers have been really sweet! We order specific things on certain halves of our pizza and they always get it right. Cheesy Garlic bread - HELLO!! The best we have had at any Panago location. You deserve this review guys. Thanks for making us happy when we need the day off from making salad!

I ordered two 2-topping pizzas for pick up with the same toppings on each, pineapple and jalapeño. Getting home, one of the pizzas was right and the other had pepperoni instead of pineapple; for religious reasons, I don’t eat pepperoni. No big deal, I call them and ask if they can either replace the pizza or refund me for it. They tell me there’s nothing they can do for me in terms of a refund and that if I wanted a replacement I’d have to go all the way back to the store to fetch it. I go back to the store, where I’m once again informed they won’t refund me. In this time, my other pizza, sitting at home, got cold. When I finally get back home, wondering now why they didn’t at least offer to deliver the correct pizza to me, I realized they gave me the wrong dipping sauce! TLDR: No effort to make right their mistakes, no effort to not make mistakes.

The food is always great, but whenever I order on Uber eats, something is always missing. Consistently receive a single dip instead of the jar, or a 500ml pop instead of a 2L. Once I got a pizza box with no pizza. More attention to the orders would be appreciated.

My wife pre ordered a pizza online and I arrived at 1030PM exactly when it said the pizza would be ready. I came into a completely empty space, not a soul to be found. I opened and closed the door at least 5x in hopes that whoever was hiding in the store, would hear the door chime and come provide service.I stood there for 6 minutes, just waiting. I finally got frustrated and said "Hello!?!" And a person finally appeared around the corner, giving me the impression they were there the whole time, ignoring the door chime. Not in the bathroom, or on a break, which I would absolutely understand when working alone.I asked for the cheddar dipping sauce and they were clueless on which sauce that was, and didn't appear to know how their debit machine worked.The pizza was great as always but what should've been a 5 minute experience, was over 10 and quite frustrating to basically have to walk the person through the transaction.

I used to really like grabbing takeout from here but the drivers have kinda sucked. They don't buzz in and instead expect you to meet you at the front of the building ?. It's frustrating when you're paying 50% the price of a pizza in tip and fees and they don't want to show up to your door.Food is still pretty good most times.
