Pizza came 45 minutes late and I watched the driver park in front of my house 4 times for 10 seconds each time, not giving me enough time to come out and help, then take off.Then I called the store and the lady was so mean and rude, kept cutting me off and threatened me of hanging up. Terrible drivers, terrible customer service. The worst.Learn to read a map, talk to people and not be lazy and get out of your car and look with your eyeballs.Thanks for the extremely cold pizza.

2 Philly steak and cheese pizzas all but 2 slices stuck to the pizza box. Tried to cut them away from the box ruined the whole pizza other then 2 slices. Dough was still doughy on both pizzas. My wife's cheese pizzas was fine and my brother in laws Hawaiian was fine.

Horrible customer service. Everyone there was speaking their native language and yelling at each other which led them to not notice when I walked in. I kept getting their attention for 5 mins and no one came to help me. In my app, it was marked that the order was ready for pick-up and they did not even start making the pizza. They were prioritizing the delivery drivers speaking their language and left other customers unattended. When I raised this up with their staff/"manager" she got rude in her tone. Never ever coming back to this location or Papa John's again.To make matters worse, they made the pizza doughy and had less of my added toppings. The owner should be fired for such bad management.
