I have been a regular customer for almost 10 years. The first times I went there, food was amazing then the quality decreased over the years. I went today and the staff was in the middle of a huge fight in the kitchen. I've never seen that anywhere before. I waited for over 5 min then I had to yell "excuse me" twice for someone to show up. Then I asked if it was possible to be served and I was told they needed 30 min. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I left and I will never go back.

I ordered a bowl of Pho. The side of sprouts and lemon must have been from a past used order because the lemon was already used. They reuse the left over food!!

Went here for a dinner with my wife. Parking was extremely difficult, luckily we found a spot in the apartment parking lot in the back (not sure if that’s okay). It seems that they take way too many orders that they can handle. We had to wait for over 20 minutes for 2 bowls of pho after order placed. Broth was tasteless, and the portion was quite small. Service was minimal. I have been to quite some pho places in town, and this is the first one I don’t recommend.Parking: It is probably the worst place to find a parking spot.

First of all, this place has the stupidest parking lot! The exit/entrance off McKnight narrows immediately and you're just asking for a collision. The lot itself is like a maze with 1 or 2 spots here and there along curbs and at different angles and so narrow. The peanut sauce with my shrimp salad rolls was was so weak and runny. Now when I saw deluxe curry fried rice with shrimp, chicken and pork served with fresh cucumbers and tomatoes, I actually thought I would find those in my rice. No cucumbers, no tomatoes and just the tiniest pieces of meat. Not very deluxe at all. This place just lacks authentic Vietnamese cuisine. While not pricy it was a barely adequate meal.

Went to this restaurant last weekend for lunch. We only had one hour for lunch as myself and a friend were in Calgary completing a course. I went to the bathroom and it was absolutely disgusting. The smell was horrible, the cleanliness of the bathroom was also disgusting. We waited 45 minutes just to get our food. Keep in mind, we only had one hour for lunch AND we are the only ones in the restaurant at this time. Maybe 2 skip the dishes orders but still, 45 minutes to bring out our food. The food wasn't even that good. We had to pretty much inhale the food as it took so long to come out. While waiting for our food, we noticed that the entire place was a mess. Food residue all over the blinds, floors, napkin holder. Even our water glasses were dirty. I will not be going back to this place. Long waiting times, filthy environment and bad service. The next day we went to Denny's for lunch, it was packed and we got our food within 25 minutes of ordering...maybe even less. Do better. Not impressed.

I've been eating at this place since 2013 and it's always been consistent. No thrill good Vietnamese food. I originally gave it 4 stars, but after my visit today edited my review to 5 stars. I recommend the #50 (Charbroiled Lemon Grass Chicken & Spring Rolls On Rice Vermicelli), the coconut juice, as well as any of the soups.
