i didn’t manage to catch her name, but the short girl with the clear glasses and long ponytail was really sweet! she complimented my outfit while i was there and even said i smelled good :”) she was so lovely, she genuinely made my entire day.besides that, i recommend the truffle fries! always my go to whenever i’m at potato corner :)

Their fries are great. They have various types of fries including regular, curly, tatter to and crinkle. You can choose plain or seasoning from a selection of 15 or so flavors. They are fairly consistent and I have only had one time, out of many, that the fries seemed a bit under cooked.

Workers are doing gossip..instead of doing their job.not smiling,needs more training,most especially the big guy,his rude to customers...maybe you check your camera so will know what's happening in your store...that's why lots of bad comments in your store...without customers your nothing guys,pls be nice to us...

The service here is so bad. First of all, when you buy a giga meal, you have to pay additional $1 to upgrade to bottle and it's the only option. There's nothing available for regular combo price anyway. That's a big rip off. I literally just asked the team to put the chicken and fries separate even if it means giving chicken pieces in my hands cuz my mom doesnt eat chicken so i wanted to share my fries with her that's why i wanted it separate. They could have just thrown the chicken in the bag on side. They still charged me extra 50 cents just for putting the chicken on the side. I paid. After that, the girl preparing the food had such a bad attitude. Didn't even offer any take out bag, napkins, or ketchup. Even when asked I was given one piece of napkin with one pack of ketchup. Bad attitude and bad customer service. Really don't expect to be treated like this after paying 17 dollars for a small meal. I wasn't even asked if it's take out or dine in. She just handed me fries and chicken in my hands like seriously. Horrible service. Just because your restaurant is doing good, doesnt mean you have to keep this bad attitude. I wish I recorded the lady who served me. All it takes is one customer to bring the reputation of a business down. And that is going to happen very soon!

The bucket lid fell on the floor while the lady while she was shaking it. She then proceeded to put the lid back and started shaking the fries. When I questioned this she said that outside part hit the floor. Very unclean and dirty. Very expensive for what you get.
The sizing names may be a little strange, but there's a demo cup on the counter that allows you to easily see how many fries you'll get. I found the regular option to be overly seasoned, so next time I would opt for the less seasoned choice. This would help prevent the fries from tasting too dry since they are coated with dry seasoning.

Fries were served pretty quickly, maybe because it wasn’t shaken & tossed properly. We were given pale-looking fries. As you can see or the lack there of, this is sourcream. Almost nothing on it. Quite disappointing. The server was not so pleasant to deal with. Mostly on his phone when we came up, not even a smile or a greeting.

We used to order the biggest size with a sweet corn flavor. It used to be full but now for the biggest size the fries you get is very little. Not worth for the price you pay. Very expensive and not recommend it. Waste of money. You will pay like almost $14 for a little amount of fries.Also, they are always out of forks. Your hands will be filthy if u eat it with your hands. Can sell fries but cannot provide forks.
