Ordered the chilli which should come with corn bread and veggies, however I only received the chilli. Asked a staff member if it was forgotten about/on its way etc and was told they will check in on the kitchen. Ended up never receiving it despite paying and tipping for it. Tip is given before service which makes absolutely zero sense... On top of that you are expected to remove your own dirty dishes and tidy your own table (which I am more than happy to do, but again, what service am I tipping for? - this is more reflective of tipping culture than the place itself, though).The food and coffee was pretty good though, just a shame I didn't receive everything I ordered, paid, and tipped for.Dietary restrictions: A few good vegan options (marked veggie on menu)

The guy with the funny moustache burnt my already kind of stale bagel. I ordered the bagel with cream cheese and it came in a separate little container (granted, it was good cream cheese, but why not actually spread it on the bagel like everywhere else?).The two girls working were very nice and made good coffee. The chocolate chip banana bread was fantastic, but my charred bagel smeared my the experience.

Cute coffee shop. Their selection of food is insane and everything I’ve tried has been 10/10. Even their massive chocolate cake is to die for and you’ll keep dreaming about it.

We have been getting carrot cake here for years. But now it’s$10 a slice and the piece I got today isn’t even a full piece. The server was not that nice either. Miss attitude! So unimpressed with their increased cost and shrinkflation.

I had a toasted sandwich with salad and it was excellent! I really like that there is self serve water available too. I highly recommend this place.
Very nice place to get a coffee and/or pastry. The cappuccino is amazing and the strudel is even better!The service is very friendly!Parking could be an issue though.

I know you’re supposed to like the purple perk. I was there Saturday and it was lovely efficient and well staffed. However the follow day looking forward to another lovely experience at the purple perk was a mistake.The service was lethargic, the girls working had a bad attitude even making a hot chocolate for my son the same way as the previous day. I requested my banana bread or cinnamon bun warmed and they denied my request only for me to watch them warm a cinnamon bun for another customer.It was truly disappointing experience.My recommendation would be to attend when the owner is present to ensure good service.
