Thank you one the worst experience I've had out in a long while. I particularly did not like the waiter telling me I lied about finding a piece of tinfoil in my food. I don't care to hear that you do or do not use tin foil in the kitchen. Which I find to be a lie. It was in my food, don't care about the excuse. The meal was replaced as everyone was done eating. The manager I spoke to should not be in this industry.

We were there this week to celebrate my mom’s birthday. She had a medical emergency and I am really disappointed on how the staff responded. While we were waiting for the ambulance, servers were standing around starring at her, not offering to help, laughing at the situation and overall being disrespectful. The manager was more concerned about getting our payment than anything else which made the situation even worse. As we were walking out with my mom on a stretcher, the manager was making a deal about the payment again even after I left my mom’s side to pay with our waitress. As my mom was going out the doors, the staff there was laughing while holding the doors which is extremely unprofessional. Overall the manager and staff added to an already stressful situation.On a good note, our server was an amazingly sweet lady who tried her best to help. Also, a huge thank you to a few customers who stepped in to help while we were waiting for the ambulance. Thank god my mom made a full recovery.Red lobster will not be a part of any of our celebrations moving forward due to their unprofessionalism.

Ordered take out. Walt's shrimp platter should have 24 shrimp.The picture shows 24. Prior orders always had 24. Now platter only had 21 shrimp. Miscount or smaller portion for the same price? Either way, I was not impressed.

Went there for lunch the other day. Service was quick, and the food came hot. The food was pretty good but not up to the same level that was expected. The mussels were overly Salty, and the tacos had spots of way too much cilantro, which overpowered the dish

Yesterday I went with my family to enjoy my favourite restaurant in Calgary wich is Red Lobster, but we leave the place very disappointed because when they bring the food the plates looks very empty the meat was just a very small piece we eat, we pay almost 170 CAD(two adults). But unfortunately we needed to find a extra place to eat little more because we feel not satisfied. I’m not going back again for this price and very little food.

I visited Red Lobster with my family last night, looking forward to trying their endless shrimp meals. We were warmly greeted and seated promptly by a friendly staff member. However, our excitement waned as we waited over 20 minutes to even place our drink orders. Despite ordering our food at the same time, my partner and I opted for the endless shrimp, only to find ourselves without any offers for refills or even basic drink service for over 30 minutes.Feeling neglected and disappointed, we eventually had to request the bill ourselves and left the restaurant. When opting for a promotion like endless shrimp, one expects attentive service to accompany the experience. It was disheartening to pay $60 for what amounted to 36 shrimp while feeling overlooked throughout our meal.Regrettably, the service fell far short of expectations on this occasion, leaving us with a less-than-satisfactory dining experience at Red Lobster.

Pretty disappointed. My twin sister and I had dinner here early and the restaurant was about half full. We were celebrating our birthday. We were sat quickly but that’s where the good service ended. Our drinks took at least 20 minutes and our salads and biscuits were half finished before we had a drink at the table. The lobster was good but the mashed potatoes were terrible and tasted like they came from a box. My sister and I both used the ladies room while we were there and it smelled like the chemicals used in an out house. Really disgusting. ? Finally, I asked for a glass of wine after not having anything to drink for the remainder of my meal. Another 20-30 minutes later, with empty plates and ready to leave and my sister’s beer empty, my wine finally arrived. I finished it quickly and we left. Not a great experience.

I had never eaten at a Red Lobster before. The food was "meh".But the restaurant itself was absolutely horrible. As we are being Seated at 8:30 PM which should be far after the dinner crowd, We walked by loads of tables with stacked dishes that were dirty and not cleared from the tables.Every time we ordered something from our waitress we had to remind her the next time she came by without itShe literally forgot every single time that we ordered something.It was the worst service I have received at any restaurant in as many years as I can remember.The food was okay.I am told it would have been a much better decision to go to the other one in Calgary.I wouldn't say I've given up on red lobster I would just say that this was a bad experience.
