Arrived at 6pm Saturday April 13 and was told there was a 15-20 minute wait. So we said we’ll wait in the bar. About a half hour later I noticed the party that came after us wasn’t there in the bar anymore so I went to the reception area and voiced my concerns, the host said she came in the bar and called my name, lie, because I was sitting with my wife facing the entrance and she never came in. So they finally did seat us, party of four because my parents joined us for my wife’s birthday. We finally sat and then ordered, meals came for two first, then the next two many minutes later. My wife potato was not warm, probably because it was sitting there for a while. My mother’s steak wasn’t cooked properly. Probably won’t go back.

It was one of the better Red Lobsters that we've ever dined in. Waitress was very helpful. Food was tasty and well presented. We were seated in the lounge area, yet it wasn't noisy. I wondered how they deflected the noise. Reasonable price for the quantity and quality we received. Will go back there.

Wonderful experience, service was very helpful and great with answering questions. We had many varieties of food and everything was great. My favourite recommendation has to be the unlimited shrimp, it was amazing and the biscuits are amazing as well as we all know. We came here with multiple people and they were packed, but somehow they got us seated almost immediately. Overall I’ll be returning as often as I can!

Wheelchair friendly, they accommodated us very well and got us to our table right on time with our reservation. Food was great!
What’s the point of making a reservation when we waited over 45 minutes past our reservation time in a very crowded front area. Parking was at a premium as well; very unsatisfied before we even get seated. Staff doesn’t seem to care about anything; will never be back again.Over an hour before we were seated and still no drink.75 minutes and 2 out of 6 have drinks, but the whole table has water….

Went on Tuesday for my daughter's birthday because she wanted crab. We lucked out with 1 pound of snow crab on for $28. My son and I feasted on all u can eat shrimp for $30

The food was as expected. Our issue is that the service was slow and apparently they don’t have anyone to bus tables. It was unkempt and clearly management wasn’t on top of tidying up tables. We walked by at least a half dozen tables loaded with dirty dishes, a very poor impression, indeed. Our server was disorganized and forgot many things, such as side dishes, drinks, water had to be requested 3 times and cutlery. I had the ultimate all you can eat shrimp, in which I waiting for long periods for the “refills” which made my dining companion wait until long after they had finished their meal.It was not busy as we arrived at 840 pm well after dinner rush. Our plates were not cleared so by the end of dinner there was no room on the table for coffee and dessert. I don’t like dishes either which is why we like to dine out, but I found this unacceptable and most unappealing.The red lobster on Macleod trail is a better option than this location. We will not return. Nor would we recommend visiting this location.

Had a late lunch here and the food was excellent and I especially loved the new Sea Salt and Vinegar Shrimp. Our waitress, Vishnu, was so kind and fast with her service. What a wonderful asset she is to the staff! Can’t wait to come again.
