We went to this location last Wednesday and I think my servers name is Bhella. She is really friendly and will always ask us if we need something or refill our drinks. She also explained the menu of what's the better option to eat. Even though the place was a little packed she managed to check on us. It was a fast service and the food came out really good and hot. I really recommend this location if you enjoy a calm atmosphere and friendly staff.

Made a reservation. They had the table set up when we had arrived. Super nice! Ideal seating. Tucked in the corner. It's really nice on the inside. The hostess was very friendly! However, our waitress was low-key kinda rude. She rarely visited the table to check up on us. I wanted a box for my food, was never offered or even given the chance to ask. She would take ONE drink order than scurry off. When she returned to the table, we ordered more drinks. She seemed annoyed. If she gave us the change, we would've ordered all at once. We never asked for the bill.... She decided it was time for us to clear up. No explanation. After we cleared up, she glared at us untill we left. We felt unwelcomed.

Went for daughters 18th birthday she got a peice of a cardboard clip to close bread in her eggs and they didn't even make the meal free . So sad and disappointed never going back horrable

It was horribleThey didn't have enough staff for 20 people so they should have said sorry but we don't have enough staffFood took forever and was cold by the time we got itThey charge service charge which I didn't agree on and food was to expensive for the quality of the foodI will never go to another Ricky's again

Came for dinner last night to celebrate our grandchildren’s 6th birthday and there was 9 of us. We found the waitress very unfriendly and she could not be bothered, everything was too much trouble for her and we were the only people in the place. She never said one word to the kids like I said we were celebrating a 6th birthday. Wish I could give her zero stars but it won’t let me.Beef dip was flavourless and barely warm I had the ginger bowl basically a bowl of rice with a chopped up chicken finger thrown in the middle and a bit of sauce. I think it’s safe to say we won’t be going back. It’s such a shame because a lovely restaurant inside but if there is no one in on a Friday evening at 6.30 what does that tell you !

Everything was great! From the delicious food, to the inviting environment, and the welcoming staff... it was exactly what we were looking for while visiting in Calgary. Thank you :)Kid-friendliness: Having 2 kids really narrows down "let's find somewhere new" option but managed to find one! We ALL loved it.

I ordered fish and chips...was okay...no complaints...wife ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich...said it tasted kinda funny...took half home to feed dog...opened up the sandwich and was a pathetically skimpy amount or beef for $22...and when chopping up meat for the dog found uncooked minced beef ...bloody pink???...menu used to have more options and used to be pretty good but won't be back...when we went for dinner Saturday at 6 pm the restaurant was basically empty besides one other table and now I understand why..service good...food an absolute rip off. Won't be back.

Came for a late Sunday breakfast, and ordered their featured Schnitzel Benny. The schnitzel was crisp, the eggs were poached to perfection. Randi-Jade kept my tea hot, and accommodating to my request for hot sauce. Thank you for being awesome!
