It's been a while since I've been to Ricky's. There have been changes to the decor and menu since last time.I had the exceptional Buddha Bowl feature-- 2 poached eggs over riced cauliflower with edamame and avocado slices covered with spicey ranch dressing. I really liked the combination of flavors and textures. I hope it's a permanent addition to the menu because it would be my first choice on a return visit.Sadly, my guest's scrambled eggs resembled a sloppy omelet. Any eggs should always be impeccably prepared at a spot like Ricky's. The bacon was just short of properly cooked. My guest ate everything, however, so apparently it tasted good.The service was pleasant although not prompt. The server had help from the bar so I presume that everyone else arrived just before us. Overall, a tasty and comforting experience on a gray day.

We went out for lunch and got there at exactly 12, the food took over 45 minutes to get to us, and it really was not that busy, but it’s not that big of a deal we wouldnt go in to a restaurant if we were in a huge hurry. We also ordered a coke and it tasted really off, so we got a second one just to see and maybe it was the syrup but the second one was worse. The second after we paid, the server immediately checked the receipt to see how much we tipped, and complained immediately that it was 20 cents, and started going on about how she has to tip out the kitchen so we should at least tip 7% and trying to make us feel bad. We tipped the 20 cents to even out the the bill to a full $40, just cause it’s fun, and had a $5 bill to tip cause we had spare Change. I don’t understand why you would put down a costumer like that? We intended to tip more but after the comments it set us back so much we just didn’t. Never have I experienced this, and as a former server I would never do this?! Even if we were not going to tip don’t say this? It is not our responsibility to pay this, you knew signing up to work here you were going to have to pay out the kitchen? That is completely your fault, not all restaurants do that, go work at a different one if you are going to complain to costumers about this. Very unprofessional.

Feb 16th 2024 --Three of us had the Philly cheese steak and all three of us were violently sick for days.Great way to spend the family day long weekend over or on the toilet.Yes they did refund the cost of the three sandwiches but did not seem to care that they made us VERY sick!

Visited this location a few weeks ago and had the pleasure of having Mikee (not a mispell) serve us. Her positivity and customer service were beyond our expectations. She takes pride in her work and it shows with how she greeted every table.Parking: Free public parking well maintained.
From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left everything was terrific. The food is consistently good and the service was excellent. We had 2 brekky bowls and an eggs Benny and it was all perfectly cooked, delicious and came really quickly. Also the servers were super polite. I would recommend this restaurant 10/10

Went to this location of Ricky’s and they had very slow service (to get seated, to have your order taken, and to get food served). They served us cold food and the hostess was intimidating us for a tip. I would not recommend this location.

This was a new place that I tried for breakfast. There are certain things that my family and I enjoyed eating here and somethings that we won't try again. Their omelets were good. My husband loved the chicken and avocado omelet. I tried the Bennie's here and I have to say that I have had better. The pancakes were a let down too. They have an extensive menu which is good.The service I would say was the best. The staff are attentive and come around so often to ask if anything is needed.
