This restaurant has been a staple here for years and years. The food quality is always on point. Best priced subs! Large and flavourful. Usually good for two meals for me. My go to Pho has been the satay beef soup with peanuts, and the most go to is the satay curry chicken pho, it’s the bomb.Some days the wait for the food can be ridiculous long, it’s hit and miss. When it’s great it’s great, and most of the time the wait is short but sometimes it’s 35-40 to get a bowl of vermicelli.
I ordered their Deluxe Beef Noodle Soup. March 8th 2024. There was nothing wrong with the taste of the food HOWEVER my order has PLASTIC in it!! Are you potentially killing your customers?? Letting them ingest hazardous material?? OWNER of this place, make sure that you educate YOURSELF and your employees when it comes to double checking your customers food before handing it out to them. This is so disappointing. I would highly recommend this place if only you were better at practicing food safety. PLASTIC in someone’s food? Ridiculous.

Of all the Vietnamese restaurants we tried in SW and SE Calgary, this restaurant is by far the best!! You will be welcomed by their friendly staff. They serve generous and tasty food from their appetizer and main dishes. Their cold Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk is a must try!!

Been coming to this restaurant on and off at least 8 years. Was definitely my favourite until recently. The portions have shrunk and the quality suddenly went downhill. Tonight our food was super oily and nowhere near what it’s been in the past. Hopefully they get it together, would hate to have to find a new favourite.
I love eating here, the foods great, and it’s usually pretty fast, even when it’s busy!

It's gotten better. Best buy for a meal anywhere.It hasn't changed...Saigon Maxim is amazing great SAFE service still. Menu reflects same price per item and quantity still great. May we be with them and support them as they're doing their best to give us great food at a price that all others have raised.Still good and still regular prices..Parking: Many
