This is my FAVE Second Cup location in this city so far! I like to go through the drive thru most visits but I went inside yesterday and also enjoyed their spacious patio! It was part sun and shade, so perfect for everyone's preferences.Drinks are always made accurately, and consistently.Customer service is great. People seem like they are genuinely happy to work at this location.This place is clean, inside and out!Parking is able, free and shared with local businesses.This place had many others inside, so you know it's loved by everyone!Come to Second Cup Sunridge and support a great Canadian business!

Seriously i think this is the only drive through second cup ive seen. Usually theyre always in a mall. Lots of parking since it shares a lot with rona etc. Drinks were fresh and delicious.

I had to work out of this cafe for a couple of days while traveling. Everything was mostly fine, but it felt like the AC was blasting while I was there, in winter...very cold and not super comfortable to stay for longer periods of time.

Everytime I get something from this place it’s wrong or cold or grounds in the bottom of my latte. I never get a napkin or utensils when I order food. And they always prompt the machine to add a tip in the drive thro. It’s pretty annoying since they are pretty expensive.

Today around 12noon, Me and my son waited in line for more than 5 minutes. I get it you’re busy but the two staff totally ignored us. I checked their pastries while we waited. They have cookie jars I opened one of them DID NOT TOUCH ANYTHING. Then the lady staff all of a sudden noticed us and said did you get a cookie? I said no I just looked and she is like next time don’t do that as it is unsanitary. I DID NOT TOUCH YOUR COOKIES. If you do not want anybody opening the lid and looking at the cookies then put a sign saying that because as far as I know looking at pastries are fine. Bakeries like Cobs, Wow bakery people can open case lids and LOOK! You literally ignored us the entire time- no hi no hello no one said I’ll be with you shortly. No body even glanced at us. You just magically noticed us just to bark at me asking if I got a cookie. Really? No wonder no one comes here. Terrible service.

Great service by the manager and barista. They both work with coordination. However, maybe an extra person is needed for support when it gets busier. It took some time for them to finish the two cars in front of me.

Terrible service. Asked for a regular black coffee, got home to find out it was dark roast, not medium. Undrinkable. Server didn't acknowledge my presence when I went in. Finally when she decided it was worth her time, she told me I had to wait an additional five minutes for the coffee to brew. I said that's fine. I went out of my way to get something that wasn't Tim Hortons, so I'll wait. Finally when the coffee was brewed, she forgot my order again and had me repeat myself (no tip for you). Asked for two cream, was directed to a station off to the side where the cream and sugar was. I didn't realize I was paying extra to have to make the coffee myself. Went over to add cream. Carafe was empty. Asked her to refill the cream, she rinsed it with tap water and handed it back to me. It was basically just her dirty dish water. This is all completely unacceptable, and I told her as much.Side note, while I was waiting for the five minutes, another woman asked to used the washroom since it was locked. The helper lady (a different person) acknowledged her, but then continued to grind beans and organize cabinets while this woman was doing the bathroom dance right there, before finally seeing to the bathroom key. Just beyond unacceptable.

Their drive through is extremely slow. I go here about a few times a week and every single time they take 10 mins in drive through to make a simple drink. It just doesn’t make sense. They also forget simple things like whip cream I had to go back at least 3 times just this week to ask for whip cream again. Why the delay in drive through so much and the incompetency of simple drink orders. If upper head office reads Google reviews please visit this store to see their time and speed is more efficient!!!!

We went there for breakfast and two ladies one Indian lady was having very unpleasant attitude the other lady was goodI mean if someone there to dine in you made a mistake to do it take away and upon asking you poured the same drink in have here cups that’s not customer serviceAnyway there is a chance to be better if someone doesn’t have a bad attitudeWon’t go there I guess now if that lady is thereKid-friendliness: Was good with my kids
