I prefer Second Cup to Starbucks and Tim's and this is my go to. Nice and centrally located. The staff have always got my order correct and it's always fast. The drink is great but the service is shoddy at best! The server didn’t even ask me if I was collecting points or not. Then chose not to fix it!!!!I won’t be returning to that Second Cup. And I will warn people about it!!!!

No matter where, Second cup is always a favorite. I love the Paradiso coffee. The Stewart Green location was my favorite for years.

Man I wish there were more 2nd cups in the city, so much better than Starbucks...wonderful service, great prices better taste and all with a smile! Not like some of those hipster,dour personalities.

I am surprised that no one reviewed this Second Cup at 5th Avenue Place. It opened back in 2017 replacing the one in Bow Valley Square. I came here and picked up a chai tea. Surprisingly, I felt like the cup got smaller as I took it back to the office at work. Well nothing too special. It tasted like Chai tea and plus it was from a tea bag. Not like they did any magic. This Second Cup serves Pinkberry desserts as well. Note that they closes early at 3pm. Yes they are located in the plus 15 food court.

I was hospitalized due to a severe allergic reaction to peanuts after eating breakfast cookies here. They don't have any allergy warnings at this store, and two baristas told me that the cookies did not contain peanuts when I asked. Unfortunately, the Breakfast Cookies are made with peanut butter. If you have nut allergies, stay away!
