I'll admit it, I only come here because of the very impressive customers base.

Obsessed with this spot. Healthy smoothies and bowls. Fun drinks like collagen water. If you dine in it’s cute, cozy and very welcoming. I typically pick-up or order delivery and the experience has always been positive. The price is higher but you get what you pay for. Quality costs more. :)

I have a thing for great customer service, the atmosphere is an added bonus and the food is yummy and reasonably priced. The vegan banana bread is insanely addictive and delicious. I will keep coming back for more. Thanks for the smiles and kindness.

We ordered this place for takeout at work and it was phenomenal!! They give you so much kale and chicken on the beach bowl, they don’t cheap out on the ingredients that other places usually do. The food tasted amazing!! Thank you!!

I love Seed N Salt for a quick, healthy meal. Everything is fresh and delicious, and they source directly from local farms. Their online ordering system is slick. You can set the time for pickup (or get it delivered, I think, although I never have) and be in and out in a minute. The portion sizes are very generous. I find a bowl usually lasts me two meals.Vegetarian options: Tonnes of vegetarian options. This place is very plant forward.Dietary restrictions: I have a gluten and corn allergy, and there is still lots for me to choose from. You can customize any menu item.Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly atmosphere with lots of delicious options. My daughter loves the beach bowl.

I visited here after my workout and really enjoyed their coconut curry bowl. Initially, I expected a curry broth or soup, but instead, it featured brown rice mixed with coconut curry without soup, topped with various toppings. Even though it did not meet my expectation, it was very delicious, and the portion was generous. I opted for extra protein, adding tofu at an additional cost of $3.5. My husband ordered a winter seasonal menu item, an avocado chicken salad? Sorry I don’t recall the exact name.I will definitely visit here again for the healthy, delicious, and guilt-free food and friendly staff. Also, I loved how many plants they have.

Ordered off Uber Eats and was pleasantly surprised! Pretty decent portion size. Tasted really good and met my nutritional goals for my diet (protein, whole foods).
