I had the crispy chicken & it was awful. I have eaten Wendy’s crispy chicken, Chick fil A many times which have good crispy chicken. For the price paid, you do not even get fries. Second trip to Smashburger and last.

*CLOSED EARLY* Clearly they close at 9pm everyday. It’s 8:46pm on a Wednesday and the lady locked their doors and she is clearly mopping the store and seen us. Won’t ever come back over this. It’s Valentine’s Day and my husband really wanted a burger and they just closed early. Wow.

Burger was stale and 1 hour before closing the store they were rushing already and closed all the door for anyone else to come in.
I wish I could say it was worth the money. But despite the fact that the food was top notch, I can't justify spending $64 on three meals. The burgers were great and the buns were probably the freshest I've had in ages, but $64 for one adult and two kids for fast food just doesn't make any sense. If not for the cost, I would have been very pleased.
