A great korean dessert place in NE. Whenever I go to T&T, I always get a treat for kiddos from Snowcapz.
I have been a regular customer of snowcapz in downtown and I always buy the same thing: the mango cgeese shaved ice. It’s my first time buying from this T&T location and I got served with unripe crunchy and sour mango. It should be the sweet soft ones. They should not serve these if they cannot promise a quality dessert! The lady that talked to me didn’t do anything or any compensation at all but just explained to me that these batches of mangoes are the ones they have right now and she confidently said theyre not ripe. I deserve a refund!

They gave me a flavourless cup of ice for $8. Ice size wasn't consistent and there were occasionally huge chunks. Coffee was alright but a little sweet.No seating area and options are limited compared to other locations.
Finally got to check out the NE location and it's super cute! Always crave shaved ice when it starts getting warming and my boyfriend and I got the jeju mandarin and strawberry flavors. We also got the Peach and Mojito drinks. They only had enough for one peach drink, but they let me substitute for a different one. We got to try two flavors so it's a win for me! The portions for the shaved ice are smaller but I think it's the perfect size and I'm not forced to try and save the leftovers for the next day. Will definitely be back!

The takeout window is super small and quite high up as well as the TV menus so I feel awkward when ordering. I hope there can be a smaller menu to look at when at the window in the future. It’s take out only and no dine in. I hope you guys can start accepting the rewards app at this location soon.

Ordered the Zombie Mountain and K-Trad croffle. Both were delicious desserts. The shaved ice matcha flavour was distributed throughout the cup so that it wouldn’t be bland, and the croffle was sweet.
