This is my first time writing a review. All the staff are so rude. I ordered ahead of time on the app so I can get my order without waiting for too long. It says my order has been ready for 10mins already and when I came in they said they're still not done doing it even though it's already waiting on the counter. When I asked about my order, the staff were all so rude about how it's still not done. I hope this can be fixed. Also not to mention about this girl who was taking my order, purposely ignoring me at the counter so obvious that shes pretending to heat food when she was just going back and fourth.

I know the staff here is trying their best to provide based on what they’re told to do. But the service here is ridiculously bad. Twice I’ve come and waited over 20 minutes for nothing other than a breakfast sandwich.The first time I assumed it was a fluke, and made the mistake of going back again only to have the experience duplicated. I think the processes prioritize the drive-through and leave those that come inside waiting as a result.You’ve got friendly staff that are clearly trying their best. Dot whoever manages this location needs to recognize there is a problem and seek to resolve it.
