Stopped in for a latte and a pup cup before going for a morning hike. Lewie highly recommends the pup cup.

This is the most convenient location yet the worst location at actually making the drinks properly. I don't think I have ever gotten a cream cold brew here that actually had the foam on the top and not mixed into the drink.

Starbucks, known for its premium pricing, has long been a place where customers are willing to pay a bit extra for the quality of their coffee, the excellent service, and the cozy atmosphere that makes it a perfect spot for everything from a morning caffeine fix to a comfortable workspace. However, the recent introduction of tip options at checkout has added a new layer of frustration for some. While the concept of tipping for good service is not unusual, its application in an already overpriced setting has made the overall cost of a Starbucks visit feel unbearable for those who are already stretching their budgets to enjoy their little luxuries.

I can tell you I was unbelievably shocked to return from my car after grabbing a coffee to a $75 parking ticket. Last time I was at this location, when I previously lived within this community, Sarcee Plaza did not charge a fee for parking. It would be advisable to have a sign on the door or at the front till to let people using Sarcee Plaza retail locations know that that PreciseParkLink provides zero time for consumers to access these shops. Pretty gross way of treating clientele, so I would absolutely avoid this location in the future.

If I could give zero stars I would. I got to the counter and the barrister who looks miserable completely ignored me. Finally after what felt like hours standing, someone else came to my rescue. After my drink was made, he did not even bother to let me know it was done. Just continued to listen to his music. If you hate your job, please quit.

I’ve been a frequent visitor to this Starbucks location, but my latest encounter was quite disappointing. Upon entering, I noticed a group of staff engaged in conversation in a corner, completely ignoring customers approaching the counter. Despite intending to inquire about my order, no one acknowledged my presence, prompting me to locate my pre-ordered drink myself. To my dismay, upon leaving, none of the staff even bothered to verify if I had received the correct drink or checked in on my order. The lack of attention to customers’ needs was disheartening and not up to the standard I’ve come to expect from Starbucks.

How come every time I come here and order a black coffee it comes with sweetener in it? Even when I specify there's nothing in the black coffee.

I come to this Starbucks fairly often (on average 2-4x a week) as it is conveniently located a few minutes from where I live. When I first started coming here it was good alas short staff a few times. Lately though the wait time in the drive thru has been excessive, I’m talking 10-20 minutes with anywhere from no cars to 3 cars in front of you. My order has also been incorrect twice in the last week which is frustrating, especially when waiting an excessive amount of time in the drive thru. I have been told it is due to new staff and them learning, which I understand there is a learning curve. The issue I have is when I mention a certain milk and get the opposite because they don’t understand the term (even though it’s a Starbucks term), so it’s either due to lack of training, the new hires not asking the necessary questions, or them feeling that they cannot ask questions which comes down to leadership. At the end of the day customers don’t pay on average $7 a drink to have the order be incorrect. The turnover rate of staff at this location is absolutely excessive which leads me to believe there is an issue with management and/or owners.

The girl who helped me at the drive thru made me feel like I just wasted $9.40 for a drink. Worst drive thru experience ever.

This has to be the worst starbucks in the city, I have never seen such slow, incompetent workers. They gave me the wrong order in the drive thu, and it took 30 minutes by the time I got a new drink. It's not the first time either!
