My boyfriend and I come here almost every day and usually love the location, the past few times we were served by someone named Taylor. On multiple occasions she has been extremely rude not only to us but also to her coworkers and trainees. Today I came in around 4:30pm and from the lack of greeting/common decency to say hello, and rolling her eyes at every interaction, to rushing me through my order while making it very clear she felt inconvenienced by me and every other customer she had served before me, I have no interest in coming back to this location. On a positive note, my coffee was great thanks to Takeda who was making the drinks today!

During my recent visit at Starbucks I have noticed lack of engagement from the employees. There was one barista on bar and one on the drive thru, I decided to walk in to order a drink and noticed a very unprofessional behaviour. As a previous Starbucks employee I am more than aware of the procedures, roles, rules, and the work ethic that takes place at Starbucks. Addressing customer is the number one priority and making sure they are taken care of the second they walk through the door or take the drive thru. However, in my situation I was neither addressed or greeted for about 5-10 minutes ( I was the only one in the line). On the side note I don’t mind waiting but ignoring the customer when you clearly see them is unprofessional. Second, the employee who was assigned to the drive thru clearly cared more about her phone business while hiding behind the counter just to kill sometime. I get it it can be slow at times and might get boring, however the lack of engagement in her profession just shows how much this Starbucks cares about their standards. From my experience working at Starbucks, the use of phones was not allowed during the shift, the focus was customer service and being a partner.

This place really turned itself around. Went from being one of the slowest to possibly the fastest and most efficient with friendly and wonderful staff. Order is always accurate and they get you through the line up really fast. Very impressed!

I like the drinks from Starbucks no hate comments, I just wanted to make this comment so the employees could be more careful. I bought an oat shaken expresso and as you could see in the picture I finished it all. I open the cup to eat the ice and found a hair all in between the ice! I’m attaching the picture.

The staff were very competent and quick about their respective tasks. The quality of the mochas and treats were of typical Starbucks excellence. The only complaint was the snow that fell off the drive thru window enclosure, dropping a considerable amount into our vehicle.
