The Crotai was a bit tough and not as light and flaky as I had hoped. But the red bean filling was great, not too sweet or artificial tasting! Employee was really patient and kind explaining everything to me, and gave a sample since it was our first time too! The price is definitely a bit high for a small snack, but the bears and fish are so cute and very fluffy.

Disappointing service. I ordered their ice cream. They tell me that I have to wait 10 minutes and if I can wait that long AFTER I already paid. Since I already paid, I say okay and wait for 5 minutes. They then say their ice cream machine is actually broken and that they will just refund the money. No apology or anything for wasting my time (I didn’t expect much, just maybe some politeness but I guess that was too much for them). The reason I decided to write a review is because they made me stand around for another few minutes because they were taking pictures instead of refunding me right away. I had to ask them for a refund after standing and waiting and only then did they finally decide to give me my money back. Will not recommend.
