Ordered a veggie sub, it literally only has vegetables on it. The individual working this evening some how managed to put almost no vegetables on this sub. The crispy chicken sub that was ordered ant the same time has more vegetables on it, how? Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this location.

Way to ruin the subway atmosphere. Customer service is not like in other subway places. We were having difficulties understanding the coupons and this one lady embarassed us in front of other customers.Will go back for the food, but only if this lady's not working here.

Worst run subway in the city. Ordered on app to have a quick in and out grab. They charged me, which I showed to both the workers (both Apple Pay and receipt from subway), and they said the restaurant never got my order, and they wouldn’t just make me a sandwich (which I’d already paid for). Didn’t have time to wait around and call subway support for such a simply fixed problem. Won’t be back, paid 17 bucks for a run around.
They lady who works over there isn’t attentive and doesn’t listen starts making order until you ask something your order has been done worst! Unprofessional

Very small location but that's fine. There is one person who works here, not really sure what their position is but they are a little eccentric and very helpful. The reason I mention that is because the menu must have changed. The only thing I didn't really like was the fact that there does not seem to be a lot of dine-in space and the tables and chairs were very dirty! Every single one of them.Tip option. Get rid of it.Also this is kind of unrelated and obviously applies to the company as a whole but if you still have that "crispy" chicken sandwich get rid of it right now as well. So soggy and nasty. This company has no idea how fried chicken works.

Sandwiches are actually good! Wish I could give them a better review but I have seen them handling food without their gloves on at least on several different occasions and have even had to remind them one time. Pretty unhygienic especially since they’re also handling money in between. Can’t imagine what they do when there are no customers around. Happened again today when I was walking in and she was hands deep in a veggie tray without gloves so I walked right back out.
