I ask the order to be grilled and toasted. They did not do that. I call to complain the manager was apologizing and told that they will make order whenever I want. I called to get the order then employee refuse to give me order. I am very disappointed and never go back to this location.

Been coming to this place for years. But I belive they must have just hired this lady named Nisha whose rude and unprofessional. I told her light sause, and she rolled her eyes at me. And the last time I was there, she kept yelling at her co workers to come out and talk to her in middle of making my sub. And answered the phone 3 times not paying ANY attention to actually making the sub. I highly recommend she look into getting a new job because this one doesn't seem like a right fit for her. And people mentioning a rude lady to me seems like it's the same one.

Been coming here for the last 4 years since I moved to the community. It's been ok but tonight was very dissapointing. Seemed to be a meeting going on in the back. Slow to acknowledge then kept answering the phone in between making my sandwich. Nisha was the one making it and she kept yelling to the girls in the back while working on sandwich. Told me something about an inspection which as a customer I don't care about and should not get in the way of customer service. If it was that important they should have closed the business for it. She was completely distracted and didn't listen to me. I said TWO banana peppers (my usual request) and she threw on a bunch. I always ask for light sauce and she went crazy with it. Then put it in a bag when I did not ask for a bag as I know they charge for those. Ridiculous. This is not the first time Nisha has been unproffesional. Most of the other girls know us well from our frequent visits and provide good service. Please close your business for meetings if your staff is going to be that distracted and can't attend to customers while they are going on.

Went in to grab dinner,(Nov28 around7) the 2 girls working were super unprofessional. The girl making our sandwiches was on her phone, viably on FaceTime. She had it laying on the line where they make sandwiches. Disgusting. The other one kept going to the back, to look at her phone as well. Really disappointing and super gross.

I came to your restaurant yesterday with my family after recommendation from friends. We all had an amazing time. The Subs was delicious and the staff so attentive and friendly. The gentleman who was at register was a very jolly character and made the dining experience more enjoyable. I just wanted to say thank you! It's not all the time people get praised, the quality of the service and food was excellent. I also liked how you care for vegetarians and adapt your menu with no fuss. It's nice to know there are such places local to us. We will definitely be coming again! Many thanks again
