My son and I went there and we received an amazing service from Bhavya. I had to ask for her name because I wanted to be specific in my review. Each time we went there and we met her, we will be sure she will take care of my son's request well. She was patient with him and made recommendations for a good experience. Overall the service there is good but with her it's great.

We go to this location all the time and usually it is great (same quality you come ti expect). Yesterday though, my daughter and I went and her bowl was fine, however my sandwich, the bread was dry and hard when we got home to eat it! It definitely was not baked that day - that’s how dry it was! We also went right at peak dinner time so one would have thought everything would be fresh. I only got a 6-inch, so my bet is someone else got a dry one too.The other subway uptown way is just as close, so not sure I might have to make a choice next time.

Been here 2 times. Girl rushes you. First time she dropped my sandwich and all the cheese fell off and she didn’t even ask if she can remake it. She just slaps the foot and stuff on.

Service was phenomenal, the lady that served me truly made my day and made me feel comfortable and I was able to order what I wanted without being nervous about being judged. Her name started with an H, maybe it was Haanhi or something but she was a gem and I am so grateful for her courteous attitude and friendliness. Give that girl a raise!

unhygienic and Questionable sanitation. They always reaching over each other to grab veggies for the sandwich and putting their wrists/forearms in the other person’s sandwich to reach over to get veggies for your own. Like just wait… It’s disgusting. A veggie lands on the counter they throw it back into the bin or on your sandwich and you have to tell them you don’t want it anymore! You’d think they’d know sanitation/cleanliness protocols and just throw out that single olive or Jalapeño that lands!! Don’t put it back. Disgusting place.

This has to be one of the worse Subway's I've been to (but not the absolute worst).First off, cookies aren't cooked daily and are often stale. Same goes with the bread some days.Their vegetables are FROZEN in their cooler. Yes, the ones they actively use for their sandwiches. You can see this plain as day but they don't bother to turn down the cooler.Today, one of the employees decided to use the 1 sandwich to toast two sandwiches worth of bacon as one was not toasted. Rather than taking the time to microwave the bacon, they decided the 1 toasted sandwich should be coasted in grease.
