I have been coming to this Subway since it opened up and I have never once been disappointed. The entire staff is extremely friendly and are always in a pleasant mood. The losers leaving one star reviews are likely the annoying, entitled and egotistical customers who expect a Subway of all places to be equivalent to a five star restaurant. 5 star Subway in my book!

The server was so bored and felt like they didn't want to be bother with me, then she leaves while sub toasting and came back, relaxed with no sense of urgency which resulted in this burnt... very disappointed. (I knew as soon as she left to go get other things to prep, which should have been done before since it was empty before me, that it was going to burn)

Went to the subway to take my girlfriend out for lunch. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any fast food chain. First they tried to give my girlfriend a ripped piece of bread. Then as I was standing in line. They called the customer behind me to order. My girlfriend immediately stated that I also was in line to order, and we were met with eye rolling and attitude. I want to mention that we tried to be as polite as possible throughout this experience and were only met with attitude and distain. This is very unprofessional for any establishment, fast food or not.

Server tonight was asked to make a meatball sub with very little marinara sauce. Instead, she absolutely drowned the sandwich in sauce until it was dripping off, and when I said it was too much, slammed the sandwich down and stormed into the back, leaving her very embarrassed colleague to finish my order.There are so many subways to choose from, judging by the service here, I'd suggest going to any other location.
I would like to appreciate the fabulous customers services of Harman and Sumanpreet as I was having trouble with my order placed on Subway app, they figured it out and made a really good sandwich.. surely, will be coming back and I admire that great service on a bad day.

Lady gave me a piece of bread that was sitting on the counter, the bread was so stale it was very hard. I didn’t have it toasted yet it was very hard and flaky. Quite upset.

I ordered 3 gluten free subs. 2 of the 3 were broken and in pieces before putting the sandwich together. She fights me on getting new bread. Then the lady charges me for 5 gf breads add ons. I noticed after I paid and asked for my money back and she offered me cookies instead. I told her we are gf and the cookies are not. She continued to tell me all the cookies were gf… which is a lie. Worst subway ever!!
