Extremely disrespectful, rude and arrogant staff. Not willing to serve respectfully. Usually rolling eyes at customers. Staff starts talking in their native language, making fun of customers. Staff gets annoyed at you if you have preference like gluten free or egg free. This review is not based on any personal grudges, I would highly recommend fixing this or it will spoil SAITs and subways image.Thank You.

I ordered a salad bowl with rice.I asked if Rice was cold, to which I was told it will be heated.The sauces and other ingredients seems to have neutralized the fowl smell.But apparently the rice had gone bad, 3hours post having the salad bowl, I puked it all out.Was a terrible episode.I wouldn’t recommend

The young lady who was working around 2 pm on November 30th was rude. She kept saying "toasted?" in a disrespectful manner. When we requested "shredded cheddar," she laughed at us. Isn't it called shredded Monterey cheddar? It's not right to mock and laugh at people for making a mistake. However, when it came to the people next to us who had lighter skin, she was friendly. This behavior is discriminatory. I worked at Subway for years, and we never treated people that way.

Staff were so focused on being fast they were barking orders at customers. They seemed impatient and rude (perhaps it is their working conditions though since it was something all of them were doing—they probably need to be treated better). Staff were also sparing with adding ingredients so that my sun had some areas of bun still showing inside which never happens at other subways. The teriyaki chicken meat also barely had any of the regular sauce usually on it, which had a huge impact on the taste. It seems like Subway was trying to save money on this since this is the only subway I’ve ever seen this. Finally, I was bothered by the person at the till (likely the manager or a supervisor) wrapping up the sandwiches WITHOUT gloves when he was also handling cash. It seemed like another instance of them choosing speed over quality or food safety. Super disappointed for Subway that usually is consistent.

Worst Customer service I’ve ever experienced, one short Pilipino lady caught an attitude when I asked her to change her gloves due to my dietary restrictions. She did not finish making my sandwich and shoved it to the lady next to her. She as well was throwing my sauces on and I had to ask her to finish my toppings AND still Didn’t give me the rest of my toppings . Never coming again. Would rate -5 if I could .
