Amazing food we had the spring rolls and garlic chese loaf followed by the chicken and shrimp and the full rack of ribs . The gentleman who brought out the food was very polite as well as the bus girl who refilled my pop . The food was perfect The waitress Shanon was proficient but could have been more friendly and happy

30 dollars for a half chicken (turns out it’s only a chicken leg with dark meat. White meat is more expensive) and a pork rib with 6 bones (half rib as they say on their menu) and poutine and instead of fries. Serves 2 persons at most.Poutine was warm (fries were reheated), the half rib and the chicken leg were cold. Super expensive for so little food. Food quality is below average even for a fast food restaurant. Mcdonalds gives you more food for your buck and is close by.

I got delivery tonight, i ordered dinner for 2 the quarter chicken meals mine with mashed potatoes the other with fries our appies were the soup and spring rolls. Ill tell everyone never waste time or money eating swiss chalet again my quarter chicken was smaller then my bread roll, asked for dark meat but got white meat, mashed potatoes im pretty sure were powdered from a box, tasted like it at least. My kids fries were cold a soggy, spring rolls tasted like pure chemicals. Only good parts of our meals were the two bottles of pop. All in i paid 64 dollars for our meals just to be left angry and still hungry thanks for ripping me off swiss chalet itll be the last time i make the mistake of ordering from u again. Cheers

The staff at this Swiss chalet cant problem solve their way out of a paper bag, after making a serious allergy related mistake they couldn't even find our order number or use their own system then insisted that we ordered food with an ingredient that my partner is deathly allergic
It was alright. Food was luke warm at best. Server brought incorrect drinks and never bothered to replace when informed. Mediocre at best, but not terrible.
