My sister tried to go yesterday and we were heartbroken to find out that the restaurant is closed indefinitely. It was the place we were looking forward to dining in the most now that covid restrictions eased up. Definitely regret not getting more takeout during covid but sadly live so far from this location. They have mouthwatering lamb skewers, the most amazing cold dishes (liangpi, gluten, cloud ear, etc.) and tons of delicious handpulled noodle dishes to choose from. The owner and staff are lovely people who've done a fantastic job bringing Northern style Chinese fare to Calgary (trust me, I've tried other places in Vancouver and Toronto and they don't even come close to Tang!) Miss you guys! Hope to eat here soon.

You want an order of oil with a side of noodles? This is the place. My noodles came with a ladle of oil mixed in. Definitely not the place to eat if you have a sensitive stomach, or you’ll find yourself on the toilet the whole night.

Zero customer service. The staff walked away on me half way while ordering food without saying anything and didn't come back for a long time. Ruined my dinning experience.

I have been to this restaurant at least 50+ times now, and I still want their lamb skewers and BBQ leak every time I come to Calgary... Just Try. Stop missing out happiness in life. The place is clean and not so crowded for dine in now. Feel safe to dine in.

I was there last week because all restaurants closed. The taste is so so, but what surprised me was when checking bill she asked how much I wanted for change. I said 30, but when she came back she said she just charged 10%, so why asking?. I think TIP is voluntarily, not mandatory. I'd rather not recommended this restaurant.
