We took our son to the brewhouse for his 16th birthday. He did the burger challenge with six patties and he won a T-shirt and had a great experience! Amazing service and he got sent home with a cake because he couldn’t put it in his stomach. Can’t say enough great things.

My friends and I went for a late lunch. The service was great. We had a server Sarah who was absolutely friendly and polite. Our meals came hot and tasty. After 5 minutes Sarah came back to ensure everything was to our satisfaction.Parking: Lots of room, big parking lot.

Our waitress was literally the worst waitress I have ever had going out in my entire life. I booked a reservation for 9 people 6:30pm. It took her 15 minutes to come up and take our drink orders. It took another 20 for our drinks to come out. My 2 friends order a beer a couple minutes after us and it took 50 minutes for theirs to come and we had to ask the manager for their drinks. The waitress then lied and said the drinks must of been brought to the wrong table . 1) we were sitting right next to the bar so we saw no drinks being poured and 2) she never came to check on our table , if she did she would of seen the drinks not there instead of us waiting 50 minutes for a beer. Our food come out an hour after we sat down . And we were missing 2 items. It took the waitress another 20 to check on our table and we told her our wings were still missing . We saw her walk to the tablet and type in a new order of wings because she never rang them through the first time. She then comes back to the table and lies again saying they must of been brought to the wrong table. How many times are you going to use the same exuse ? Maybe check on your tables faster so if you did screw up you can fix it in a good time. Also we are patient people and understanding. But lying to us ? Come on we aren't stupid. Own up to your mistakes. Then the bills come, she has to reprint our bills 4 times because she kept messing up. We ended up being at the brewhouse for almost 3 hours because of how poor the service was. I will never be coming back and that waitress should think about finding a new job. Thank you to the manager for apologizing and giving us free shots and a discount at least
