I reached for the order pickup and one of the waitress at the back was soo rude. One of the waitress told me to go to the kitchen for the pickup and other told me to stay back from the kitchen line in very rude and harsh manner. There are so many other ways to tell something. This is not acceptable for this big bar. I dont know tye girl name but date 15/03/2024 and time was 8:20-8:30 pm.

I’ve been here a few times. The food and atmosphere is good. Try the 2515 as it is a good beer and is always cold for a great price. They have two wing nights a week as well as many specials all week long. Maddy is amazing and makes you want to come back. She is a great host/server and is great at taking care of her customers. Highly recommend this place

Ordered the meatball rigatoni. Pasta wasn't fully cooked. I asked if they could warm it up. They said cause I took a bite already that they couldn't. Asked if I wanted a new dish. I accepted. The 2nd time, pasta was still not soft. I hate complaining so I tried to eat the first dish having couple bites. They suggested order a new dish. Ordered nachos. Chips tasted stale, too much salt on the chips, little cheese, little meat and it was brought out on a large tray. Will not recommend. Server stated only offer she could do was a $2.90 industry discount. She was great. Otherwise, not sure why kitchen was not interested in making the 2nd dish better. Or the manager couldn't fix the issue.

Terrible service!!! The waitresses and staff do not have optimal preparation to attend to or resolve any situation. We went as a group for dinner and a friend brought his 15-year-old daughter. They waited on us from the moment we entered and never asked for our ID. When we were halfway through our dinner they came to take us away from the table, they gave us boxes and bags. The manner was very rude, without any delicacy or kindness. On the contrary, they blamed us, they forced us to take our drinks very quickly and leave. We feel discriminated against and frustrated with the situation. Horrible experience!!!!!

Yesterday we went to eat very happy, but we went through a very unpleasant and poorly managed situation. Within the group of people there was a minor person, we did not know that he could not have dinner there, when they gave us the table and attended to us they never asked us ID, at no time they informed us to be able to go to dinner to another place, they attended us, they took the drinks and the food, when we were in the middle of dinner they arrived with plastic containers and bags saying that we have to withdraw that there can't be a minor girl, the form was very unpleasant, they did not want us to finish our liquids, they wanted us to We would run away, I feel that the treatment was like that because we are tourists, and the antipathy became very discriminatory for me. We were a group of tourists and we didn't know that you couldn't enter with minors, we were in the middle of the meal when they arrived with boxes and told us that we had to leave. It is our mistake not to have seen the sign, but it is the restaurant's responsibility to ask for identification before ordering food. They should have asked at the beginning, it is the bar's duty to ask for identification. They charged us for drinks and food, when they didn't let us consume. Very bad service. Don't waste your time.They didn't apologize, they just kicked us out.

this just happened. We were happy with my family eating wings and hanging out. After about 30 minutes (we had just started eating) the waitress suddenly arrived to ask us for ID and ask us to leave the restaurant. It wasn't before we arrived, it was in the middle of our dinner. What a shame, what's the point? Why not ask us for the ID upon arrival? you just ruined our wednesday

Went here for wings tonight for the first time, great variety but the Wings come out warm never hot.. it wasn't that busy in there but they must cook it in bulk.
