A bit of a disappointment from the beginning. Four of us had made a reso in the dining room for a birthday dinner. They went to seat us in the bar? They then took us to a very small booth in the back (the returned those size booths only had two folks). They finally moved us to a larger table in the front dining room. Our server was very accommodating the whole time. We ordered appies which were great. Then came the main meals. Most were okay, but mine (Steak Oscar) wasn’t edible. I couldn’t even cut into the steak. When the server did come back she said she’d bring another one i should have said don’t bothered because it looked just as bad and So much time had gone by. Once home I tried to cut it to put in a container and again so much gristle I just composted it. Sigh. Never again!Went to our local pub a couple of nights later and had the best steak sandwich ever! Cut like a dream.

I’m writing this from the heart when I say Wyatt’s service was amazing! He delivered a delectable nectar of a sprite to the table, and might I say I suckled it back quickly. My vocal cords were hurting, but the vegetable medley smacked my vocal cords back into shape. Wyatt provided a free ice cream cake for my sisters birthday, that was rlly nice of him! Thanks for the service Wyatt, you deserve this ?

Really awful service. Made a reso weeks in advance for a large group. When we got there we had a table that didn't even have enough chairs. Needed another table added. NO ONE asked us if we wanted drinks. Had to grab random staff for water. Didn't get menus for 30 minutes...had to ask for them...weird???No one checked on how we were doing. Finally asked for dessert and the server says "...really?" In a rude way. Like yeah....we made a party reso weeks ago and came for a good time. The whole table had to have been an 800$ Bill. We were a table of 12. Why wouldn't you want to sell drinks and desserts and get the bill up? Just weird and strange service. Didn't care at all.They did give the birthday person a free dessert. That was nice.The keg is usually known for great service and food. ...didn't get that at this location. Food was good though.

I hope I can describe this correctly.Atmosphere... always a 5 ? I love the keg...Service a 4 ? a small couple of mistakes, but great service.Food 2 ?. This is a tough one. So I ordered the prime rib dinner, the one with the onions.What I received was a piece of prime rib that looked like it was boiled till it was grey and put on the plate. The center was a little pink, and the outside was grey. I wasn't sure if I ordered a prime rib dinner or a prime rib steak that wasn't seared on either side. It was very confusing, and it had ZERO flavor. I had to salt and pepper it like crazy.I will return to the keg at some point as this is probably the first time I have ever been disappointed in the food I get at the keg.I wish I had taken a photo of it.

Enjoyed a spontaneous dinner out with my partner. Opted for the bar side and we found it really comfortable. There was nice music and our server, Liam, was very friendly and professional. We savoured our steaks and dessert. This experience was more outstanding than other times at other Kegs.We had a 5star experience.

I ordered the 12 oz NY striploin, and this was a big letdown for a $50 steak. It tasted like an average $8 grocery store cut, with no real special prep. The server was nice but made a few mistakes, such as forgetting to bring out items we ordered. It was 3:30 on a Friday, so definitely not busy. I also had to ask for toppings for the baked potato, which are usually brought out as it is served.I would have been okay paying bar prices for this, but it was a huge letdown given the price.

We ordered several items to eat and drink, including the roast beef sliders. The roast beef was so fatty and chewy, it was not possible to swallow. I left most of it on the plate, and informed our server that the roast beef was not good, nor edible. He told me he would let his manager know. We never heard from a manager, and was still charged the $16 for the sliders.I expect more from an established chain like the Keg, and at a minimum have the item removed from the bill.

Great dining experience in the Market Mall area! This The Keg is directly connected the Market Mall and comes with all of the things you'd expect; a dimly lit, cozy environment, attentive staff, great steaks, and more. The food is great, and although it's expensive, this is a nice spot to treat yourself or others during a celebration or milestone. Steaks are made perfectly to the way you'd like them, and the other entrees and drinks are all delicious as well! Staff are always checking in on you, and the experience overall is quite delightful. You can easily find parking in the mall parking outside. All in all, just a great place to have a nice filling dinner!

This was a return trip to the Keg thanks to downtown Delano’s gracious invite. I couldn’t be more pleased. The steak and seafood were cooked to perfect. The Billy Miner pie was always a hit. Brandon & Josh were amazing waiters!My only complaints - which is a Keg-wide issue - is that the plate & 2 sides were piping hot yet the veggies (on the same plate) were only luke warm. Also the veg was not disclosed prior to the meal arriving & it just happened this was the least favourite veggies for my guest.The area we were in was extremely loud so we had a hard time talking.Minor oversights but that cost a Michelin star unfortunately.Regardless, they staff looked after these small oversights and we were very pleased!Everything else was superb!Well done Keg.I will be back & recommend others visit you often:)Next time I’ll remember to take pictures BEFORE I dive into my succulent steak!!!
