The spice is very tolerable and it really adds that extra mmph.I really really recommend you give this restaurant a try. Everyone talks about the subs, which are really delicious...but the wonton noodle soup tho!! Highly suggest you try that too! Tons of wontons, broth is just the right flavor, and the noodles are cooked perfectly. Highly recommend!

The soup base of pho noodles is real beef bone soup, which is sweet and has no MSG. You won’t feel dry after drinking it for an hour. Real beef bone soup will be on the bland side. If you feel that the clear soup is on the bland side, add sweet chili sauce to go with it.Parking: The store is small and there are not many parking spaces in front of the store.

I am a huge fan of Vietnamese food and have had countless experiences with this cuisine. THIS one inspired me to write my first online review ever! The food is simply amazing and possibly the best I've had!! Made from scratch, homemade goodness! She makes the dumplings herself, we had the chicken dumplings. Lots of filling and a thin, translucent shell. The spring rolls were crispy and light, filled perfectly with veggies. The chicken sub was full of pickled veggies, and the bread was lightly toasted to perfection. The owner was so sweet and took time to tell us about her food. There was love and pride in her dishes. We even loved her chili oil. A definite MUST try!! Small, simple atmosphere, BIG on taste!! Thank you for such a lovely experience!!

I highly recommend this restaurant based off amazing customer service and incredible food! Owner treated my family like her own and the food was some of the best Vietnamese food I have ever had! Every bite was fresh and tasted home made and it would be a shame if you don’t try their juicy plump dumplings! Super happy tummy before my flight home:)

Stopped in to grab the wonton pho to go (random pick) and they were so friendly, you can tell family run and great ingredients. The broth was really good. Took about 10-15 minutes, which shows they’re not just shovelling pre-made things together.

My husband and I flew into Calgary today for and wanted a quick meal before our drive to lake Louise. We found this place and it was absolutely perfect. We were greeted by the nicest lady who was the owner. We got egg rolls, a pork & a chicken banh mi. The egg rolls were the best we've ever had and the sandwiches were to die for. So much meat, veggies, delicious sauce that tied it altogether. And the portions were huge. We both finished half of the sandwich & took the other half to go. My husband and I are staying at the chateau fairmont at lake Louise and had dinner here tonight. During this fancy & expensive dinner, my husband goes "damn, I miss that banh mi from lunch. LOL. It was that good. Highly recommend.

My wife and I landed in Calgary and were starving before driving to banff. We found this place 13 minutes from the airport and it was incredible. Best Banh Mi I have ever had. The man and woman working there literally cook your food to order. We each had a banh mi and an order of spring rolls and were just blown away.

One of the best Vietnamese subs I've had - fresh, lots of filling, and just absolutely delicious. It's definitely a step up from any of the Pho restaurants I've visited, and you can tell the owners pride themselves on the quality of what they make.I order the beef Vietnamese spicy submarine, and the spice is actually relatively spicy (in the best way possible!). My boyfriend and I make special trips to get subs here as it's our new favourite spot. Can't recommend enough!
