Great burgers, great service. Owner was our server and very friendly. Burgers are highly recommended if you are a burger person, and much like the menu suggests "don't be discouraged by the color of the burgers". Very flavorful and cooked to perfection. Lunch a Tuesday wasn't busy at all so it was great to pop in quickly and go on with our day. PouPoutine was ok, not the best tasting gravy I've had.Parking: Can fill up fast because of other businesses in the area.Wheelchair accessibility: Barrier free entry at the main door.

This is my favorite local restaurant/bar. Tuesday Wing night and trivia here is so much fun and always packed. The Waterloo brings in amazing bands every week and the food is outstanding. Best burgers in town! David and the crew at Waterloo know how to take care of their customers and it really does feel like home when you walk in. If you're looking for a spot that hits all the marks, get yourself to The Waterloo Kitchen and Bar! 10/10 ?

Service was fantastic. Food is exceptional. The staff did a great job accommodating everybody on St. Patrick’s Day. We had a group of 14 that used a few tables on the patio.The owner was friendly and came out and sat down with us, awesome guy.Cannot recommend Waterloo enough, will definitely be back soon.

Food was ok, all the staff were drinking, vaping and hanging out on the patio under the only heater taking up 3 tables for a group of 4 people. Very unprofessional place, some of the servers maybe have just gotten off but our two servers and the bartender were drinking/ doing shots and sitting aswell. Crazy experience, don’t recommend.

My boyfriend and I had the pleasure to be served by Amanda this past Wednesday (Feb 21/24). Her attentive service and conversational approach gave us a wonderful first impression of this place. We usually visit other nearby bars in the area, so i’m glad we gave Waterloo a shot as we will certainly be back again.I’d also like to mention the cook came out and chatted with us for a bit- the ambience really did feel like a neighbourhood bar/hangout spot!

Went here for lunch with my wife and had an amazing experience.Had the Jamaican jerk burger and Chicken sandwich, both were delicious. The owner was very friendly and the service was great. Best lunch we have had in a long time. Highly recommend!
We went with a group of friends for a birthday, and it happened to be trivia night. The wing deal is a really good deal compared to everywhere else that does wing night. We spoke briefly to the owner and he was super friendly. We will definitely be back for wing and trivia nights.

Wow! I can’t speak highly enough of this place! The menu is so creative and portions are very generous - I had the Mahi Mahi and it was hands down delicious.. my partner’s Buddha Bowl was super fresh and tasty.. we want to try it all! Server was attentive and friendly and the atmosphere is very cool with funky decor and great music. Overall, it was a pretty outstanding experience.. definitely nothing like this place in the area - so glad I discovered this gem! Highly recommended ??

We went there to watch “the treblemakers” live and man they know how to perform! They rocked!They were awesome and tripled our entertainment, they sang for 4hrs with 30min break in between.About the bar;The menu was more than complete, they had everything!we ordered 2cocktails, 4beers, a side of fries , and tacos (only served on Sat).Cocktail could be better, both taste and design wise. Fries: good portion and crispy, I liked it. Tacos were 3inches I guess but they tasted really good.We also tried the garlic bread and garlic mushrooms, they paired amazingly together.All in all, nice and cozy and we had a really fun time. Definitely recommend it!
