It's a good place to grab lunch at the Calgary airport. The place is clear. I have experienced the great customer service.

The server wouldn’t take my paper money cause it was a little ripped, money is money; it had all the serial numbers on the bill. She was so rude and kept on continuously argue about the paper money. I will never go to this restaurant anymore, I used to buy food and drinks all the time from there. NEVER EVER again.

Coffee tasted like the expresso machine had not been cleaned in years. The pepperoni pizza had a garlicky taste to the pizza sauce it was gross do not recommend this nasty Tim's. Not the way potential newvomers to Canada should have as their first tims experience as so close to

No respect for customers, felt like I was treated as a dollar bill only, plus when I asked why a bagel costed me 5$, the response was not pleasant and I felt quite embarrassed.

They don't participate in the Tim hortons rewards program but the sign saying that is on the back of the "please line up here" where no one would see ?‍♀️.Lined up and couldn't use the reward. Quite a waste of time

I don’t often patronize Tim Hortons but when you’re in an airport, and past security in the very early morning hours, the pickings are usually quite slim. That’s how my partner and I found ourselves at the Tim Hortons near Gate C50 in YYC. Arriving just after 7AM for our flight into Vancouver, we thought it best to get a light bite and start our morning off right. The lineup at this location was steady, but the staff handled it well. We got our Asiago Specialty Bagel w/ Cream Cheese + bottle of water in good time. Not being overly hungry, we split the bagel and water. After our experience at this unit of Tim’s, I’m both amused and befuddled by the string of recent poor ratings. Customer service during our visit wasn’t “slow and unhelpful;” quite the contrary! And I certainly wouldn’t be overly dramatic and call this the “worst Tim Hortons in Canada.” That’s just silly. But then, I’m not surprised by the negativity. As I’ve written in other reviews of fast-food or chain restaurants, people just seem inclined to complain about every little thing. Even if past experiences have generally been positive, the moment something goes wrong, the review typically starts like this: “I’ve been here many times and it’s always been good, BUT this time they dropped the ball!” Indeed, we’re silent when things are good, but quick to play the critic if something isn’t quite to our liking. It’s funny in a sad way. FOOD: 4/5 SERVICE: 4/5 VALUE: 5/5 RECOMMENDATION: Tim Hortons is a Canadian icon of sorts. You will see them all over this country in large cities and small towns. As much as people love to complain about them, we still flock to their coffee, donuts, bagels and artisanal sandwiches . . . and why not? They’re tasty and represent great value for money – especially in this tough economy! As such, if you find yourself in YYC, Tim Hortons is a fine and fair option. Recommended! 3rd level tims has made me officially decide to never go to tims again. Extremely abusive supervisor yelling and berating staff in public and she strutted around likes on some sort of power trip... i mean its tim hortons, no matter what level youre at there should be no power trips

Coffee etc is OK but about zero selection of donuts and other items that you can normally get at Tim's. Service is slow and unhelpful. Go to Starbuck's opposite!

We got here around 7PM on Monday and asked for one iced coffee. The lady at the countertop was in a hurry to close but said we could still order coffee. She gave us TWO hot coffees instead of one iced coffee we ordered and refused to give me change with the method of payment I made which was through a credit card. She asked if I wanted donuts instead of giving me the refund and rudely gave me the refund in Canadian coins which I have no use for and said she could not refund it to the credit card.

Asked for a BELT - no tomatoes were added and they added old lettuce. I went to tell her that they didn’t add tomatoes…. She said we don’t have any, I was like next time you tell me maybe I will just order something else…. I paid for tomatoes, she was extremely rude and disrespectful….. of course I didn’t get a refund…. My mother asked for turkey sandwich with no bacon… of course they don’t listen and put bacon…. EXTREMELY RUDE … There are many other restaurants, make sure you don’t go there !!!!! If I can rate 0 I would do that

I normally don't complain enough to write a review but the Tim Hortons at the food court in the Calgary Airport is a joke. The menu is sparse which I can live with but the customer service is pathetic. The girl at the till was very unprofessional, obviously they don't care enough because there isn't much choice at the Airport during covid. I ordered the Bagel belt and was told to pick it up on my left. After standing there for a couple of minutes the girl at the grill looked at me all confused and ask what I was waiting for. I said my BLT that I just ordered. She mumbled something to her coworker and stated that I need to tell them next time. She then asked me what it was that I ordered. She proceeded to make it in front of me. I even had to tell her it was a meal and she gave me a disgusting hashbrown . Tim's needs to Crack down on some of these franchises if they want to compete with growing breakfast market from other fast food places like A&W or Subway.

Received a different bagel sandwich than I ordered. Had soggy gross tomatoes and old lettuce. The bagel was burnt. My coffee was supposed to be a double double and was maybe one cream and no sugar. This would be understandable if it was busy and there was a mix up. In this case there were two staff working and I was literally the only one in line. Worst Tim's I've found in the country

Ordered a breakfast sandwich, hash brown and a coffee, after seeing a tv commercial about their "improved" breakfast menu. This was, by far, the worst tasting breakfast sandwich I've ever had at a restaurant in my entire life. Amazingly, even worse was the hash brown, which tasted like a week old generic frozen hash brown that was reheated in a toaster, which as far as I could tell was exactly how it was prepared. After being previously unimpressed with the food at tim's, my vow is to never, for the rest of my life, eat another bite of food prepared at a tim hortons again.

They only have 1/5 of the regular menu. Unless you're going for a simple hot coffee don't waste your time. We waited 10 minutes to find out they didn't serve anything I was going to buy. If I could leave 0/5 stars I would for my disappointment after a long flight.
