I waited for at least 15 minutes this morning for my drink. What I’m really unhappy about is nobody seemed to want to make my drink and disregarded it because I used my rewards points for it. I was asked by the same employee TWICE “What order are you waiting for?” and another employee would jump in to check if it’s really the drink I say I ordered. ??

I have been coming to this location on and off for a few years. Always one of the better Tim Hortons in Calgary. Fast, friendly, and always willing to offer options when they are out of certain foods.

Worst employee I think her name is Indis (Indian Girl) very very disrespectful. Trying to explain what I want and she blaming me that I didn’t explain to her clearly . Worst manner and right away she offered me a refund not offering alternative food instead. And please tell her not to yell on the costumer.

Came here around 3.35pm April 6th and order a large iced capThe iced cap wasn’t made very well, it was basically just foam not enough liquid Maybe they don’t have enough staff ( only 2) and closing soon at 4 pm that’s why they were rush.

Tim Hortons is a recommendation from my sister for visiting Canada for the first time. Ive put this on my bucket list and I'm glad I did! It wasn't until the last day of my Canada trip that I tried Tim Hortons and it did not disappoint! I went there for breakfast and there was so many selections to choice from! They have such a wide variety of donuts, pastries, and all sorts of drinks. It made me feel like a kid with that giddy feeling because there were so much good sweets to choose from!The service wasn't super great, I felt like it's similar to a fast food joint as they just want to finish you quick so they can go to the next customer. The setting of the place is also very fast food joint like, don't expect anything fancy. But I do love the variety of options at this place and how quick your order comes out!

I was in there at 10:44 a.m. Dec18 A guy with a mask served me I asked him about my rewards and stuff and he totally ignored me twice when I said it. he just kept repeating how much I owed very unprofessional I will not go in here anymore or you should hire people that know how to deal with customers not rude jerks!!Also when I asked if there were more apple fritters or Boston creams he said no? It's not even noon and you're trying to tell me you're out of those for the whole day? Highly doubt it very unprofessional and lazy

I ordered a habenaro chicken bowl today . Asked for extra sauce and bacon I paid for that . But when I got order I got small amount of food either 2 strips of bacon and regular amount of sauce . And also they forgot to give me other item I paid for I asked 5 times for that I had to wait 30 mins for that jalapeños pastry which was on the counter shelf.Staff isn't right. And that was very disappointing and I wasted my moeny and time over there
Bathrooms out of service at 10 am during opening hours which by plumbing code is not practiceRestaurants with tables serving food and drink need at least one operating facility.Staff was rude and made a seen in their own establishmentI'm pretty sure that $20 I spent got spit inNot happy

Seriously, I asked for no jalapenos, so it should still have chipotle flavor, and nothing. Essentially, they served me cheese toast with pork sausage bland on top. Never

Service is simply disgusting, no employee over there is respectful and welcoming. They always waste my time by making bad drinks. And I complained today that, that's not what I want you made it wrong instead of being apologetic, they argue and misbehave in front of everyone. (they also made fun of me and the situation in their language). This place's owner should consider these things. The staff is horrible, they don't know about respect and kindness at all.
