My recent experience at Tim Hortons left much to be desired. The cleanliness of the establishment was lacking, and the wait times were unacceptable. Despite a significant number of customers in line, the service was slow, with little effort made to expedite the process. The layout of the line was chaotic, extending outside the door with no clear organization. I believe with some improvements in cleanliness, efficiency, and line management, this Tim Hortons could greatly enhance the overall customer experience.

This location has an issue with the app when trying to order for delivery. It does not allow you to order any of the featured items, donuts, muffins, croissants, etc. No amount of bringing it to the attention of corporate (approx 7 emails in under 2 months) of fixing the app or the problem. It seems to only be this location as I was able to order (choose) from another location with no issues on a rare occasion where I could choose a different location for delivery.

Unpleasant Experience at Tim HortonsMy recent visit to Tim Hortons was unsatisfactory. I ordered a veg bowl but received a chicken bowl, and the extended waiting time added to the frustration. I hope for improvements in service and accuracy in the future.At the end we took payment credit back which was appreciated.

Me and my friends went to eat a Habanero chicken bowl. The chicken was not fresh at all and the lettuce we got was full piece in the bowl which they did not cut into pieces. It was so hard to eat. Such a bad experience with food.
