Let me share my experience for today....I checked into this franchise with a bit of tiredness and wanted to grab a coffee ☕️. After I approached the counter for ordering one, my tiredness vanished off somewhere. Reason for this was the smiling hospitality of Mr. Neil ❤️. Appreciate that.....

Joan from this location helped me today with my Goodtogo pick up and my lunch order. She was so lovely and kind! Service was excellent and the food was amazing. The lady who was working the kitchen during my order said they didn’t have any crispy chicken at the moment so I ordered the grilled chicken wrap. Not more than 5 minutes later, she gave me my order and said she made the crispy chicken for me.

Please hire people with brains. I paid hard earned money to get plain croissant toasted with butter. Jalapeño bagels toasted with herb and garlic cream cheese and a chocolate croissant. I got plain croissant with butter(not toasted). Jalapeno bagel toasted with butter. I dont know how hard your job is but when i pay money for something i expect it to be what I paid for not what you feel like giving away.Utter disgrace.

Tim Hortons has gone downhill. Overpriced for small portions. No more fresh donuts. Overpriced "specialty donuts". Bloody ridiculous. Stopped frequenting there long ago. Just occasionally now, if someone else wants it.

Asked for a Bacon Belt on a plain bagel in drive through was the only one there and got a moldy whole wheat bagel with 3 inches of cream cheese..PO cause I didn't notice till I got to work.Never again!

My ooder is on drive throw around 2:45pm11/12/2023I am a regular customer at this location. The person who was talking order was very rude. She told me that I’m always confused when I give my order. This is NOT A WAY to talk to a customer.Very disappointed. Not coming to this location again. ❌❌❌⭕️⭕️❌❌
