I was just at the drive thru and ordered 10 birthday cake timbits. There was a girl named Gurpreet at the window, when I went at the window, she straight away said debit, no greeting no customer service. Neither she looked at me nor thanked me. She was talking to other staff members in her own language. Zero customer service. Very disappointed.

I go to this location every morning for my steep tea. This one morning I had forgotten my wallet after placing the order. When I got to the window I explained what had happened and was embarrassed. Since I was a regular and they recognized me they said just come back and pay for it. Great customer service and I went back to pay as well.

There are about 4 girls on shift at this time! Must say they are grumpy, unprofessional and terribly hate their job. Asked the lady some help with a donout and she disgustingly shrugged her shoulder and said they have no idea about anything in the store. Dont hire staff who hate their jobs man !

I ordered 2 different days order it was honey dip timbits but they mixed up.It happened 2 times. And today we ordered white hot chocolate but she gave us steep tea instead and now I can’t go to store again, disappointed 3

I ordered caramel machiato with oat milk on 9th of March but I got cold one instead I said I didn't mentioned iced one he said sorry we just only do iced one.... oh man seriously come on..... he said we just only do caramel latte vanilla latte but not caramel machiato it doesn't make any sense. That was an Asian fair guy he just lied because he didn't wanna correct my order . I have migraine I couldn't drink cold drinks and he refused to make my hot drink . So terrible experience...... I ordered cup of water and I waited so long for a cup of water so ridiculous

Today on March 3, I bought patoto vaggies that are soggy and not fresh then I came back to return but that one also not fresh. Even the service was too slow like I waited for approx 10 min. just for veggies and tea.Such a Horrible Experience
