They opened at 4:30 am, i went there at 4:50 am, but still refused to serve me a coffee. Its was a white girl there with blonde hairs who made my morning worst. She showed me unaccpetable rudeness. She dont even know 1% about what is customer service. If you having somekind of bad attitude or you are out of your mind please dnt show up on work because you are making it bad for others. To the manager here, please swap angry faces on drive thru window with some kind and loving employee.

We ordered from drive tru they charge us for a bag we didn’t ask we said we don’t need a bag and Karen from the drive tru says “you should look it up” we know about the by laws regarding bags ,reusable bags etc .Why so grumpy Karen?Be nice , you are on drive tru.Just be nice , you don’t know what others are going through!

I drove up to the drive thru and as I always do for a long time I ordered BLACK COFFEE WITH ALMOND MILK AND DOUBLE SUGAR, the order was taken without a problem, however when I pulled up to the window , a young Woman with a disgruntled face, told me that there is a confuse and I can not order black coffee with almond milk because it is not called black coffee and even when I add that with Almond Milk I can not order like that and I must speak correctly.When I said that after all it is black coffee and even so order in the app, the lady rolled her eyes.I have been ordering such coffee for a very long time, even in the app you have to select Black coffee and then add Almond Milk and sugar.I'm a customer and I don't need to know the exact names the employees use, that's what the staff is for, I guess it's nothing difficult to understand what I want to order when I say exactly I need BLACK COFFEE WITH ALMOND MILK AND DOUBLE SUGAR.I think it's uncultured to pay attention to a customer in such a rude way and the team should receive training in culture and respect for the other person!

The service at this place has gone downhill since the last year and a half. I have been going here for years but not sure that I will continue in the future. Today, I ordered two coffees from the drive thru, and when I got the paying window, I politely asked the lady (most likely east indian) if I can get a tray. She replied in a very rude tone, that next time if I need a tray, I should tell in advance while ordering. I replied that there was no one at the back and the drive thru wasn't even busy, so what if I requested it at the pay window? She just gave me a bad look. Please train your staff before they are assigned any job.
