This is gamblers paradise. Order is 50% wrong, 50% of the time with the coffee tastes 50% terrible with 40% ok and 10% they give you tea instead. Good thing they are so fast they almost throw it at you before you finish paying.

There’s a worker in here that likes to waste people’s time and annoy people when ordering at the drive thru. I am sure he does it on purpose. Happened to my friends and family a couple of times as well. You clearly order what you want and it’s as if he plugs his ears and pretend he did not hear you. There were moments where he’d go silent for more than 10 seconds before asking you to repeat what you order again. He’d ask you repeatedly if you can say your order over and over and over again to the point that it starts to frustrate you. And then when you get your food, it’s the wrong order or something is missing.

5 of us came here & ordered 5 drinks & some breakfast. Then 1 of the cup was ripped off. I came to the pickup counter to ask for another cup & a lady coldly said "you have to pay for the cup". I told her "I don't mind to pay but the line is huge. I don't want to spend 15min lineup just to pay for an empty cup". She was getting even more indifferent "you have to pay for the cup!". 0* for service!

I purchased two large French vanilllas and one of them is so below the fill line it's borderline robbery. Great service but really disappointing about the lack of filling up to an appropriate place in the cup, especially for the price of a French vanilla.

I hate the fact they will take your order in drive through. Normally takes between 5 and 10 mon to get to window where they tell you the machine for espressos and lattes is broken.Then park and go inside and order same thing and they can make itWhen asked why it wasn't working wen I was just in drive through, was told it takes to long and there timer won't allow them to take extra time for the espresso shots I ordered????Tim Hortons has gone to the dogs.It now takes 40 worth of purchase to get enough points for a free coffee. ......if they add the points wen scanned.Sad day for some one who hits Tim's about 4 times daily but I'm going to McDonald's from now on

Horrible service! When you go in to order there are usually 3 staff that look at you weird and make you wait to order - they seem confused. You usually have to repeat your order a few times.Then when you go through the drive thru you can't understand what they are saying and hope that your order is right. 50% time you don't get what you ordered.
The woman taking my drive thru order couldn’t understand us so she got who I can only assume to be her supervisor on the mic and he was unbelievably rude, rushing us and making sassy remarks because he “ran out” of like 3 different items we tried ordering. Relax buddy. Get some more sleep

Maybe he needs to review the company customer service policy.Also, ordered a chicken noodle soup, its all just soup with NO stuff in it (meat and noodle)Just a message for whoever is reviewing these reviews. If youre the owner, do something about it.
