Usually their timbits are pretty dry but it’s whatever, this time tho it was horrible. They were not fully coated with the glazing, it was glazed like a quarter way?? Inside was super dry and like I said I’m usually not so picky but this was the last time I will be getting timbits from here. They don’t even replace it either

Been going through the drive thru here for years in a delivery van. They recently installed a height bar now I’ll never go here again. A different franchise owner told me that delivery vans makeup 1-2% of his drive through and said it wouldn’t be financially beneficial and just plain WEIRD to install a height bar. The brand isn’t doing well but this location apparently is.

The food and a latte were pretty good. Idk why would anyone complain. The only things I would add are toothpicks and a better window stand to make a short bite more comfortable.
The season cups are out and here is little miss enjoying the white chocolate. We got this through the drive thru and she patiently waited for it to cool off. A refreshing way to get the season startedParking: It’s got lots of parking but the drive through is always busy

Easily the worst run Timmies I have dealt with in Calgary. Mobile orders are ignored and you end up waiting for employees to serve drive thru and walk in orders first. What is the point of ordering and paying for 1 coffee 15 minutes ahead of time and having to ask for it and wait in store?? Tall lady ( manager or assistant) is the most miserable person to deal with. Hates her job and apparently her customers. Coffee is often burnt. Used to be good a couple years ago….Update- standard generic response. How about the manager fix the ordering system and/or train employees in customer service. Store will continue to frustrate customers, guaranteed. Save yourself a headache, go to Sage Hill location….100 times better service!
