Ashmeet and her coworkers are a great group. Ashmeet is very patient as we take a long time to place our order and she makes great suggestions and listens to our ridiculous banter and conversations.

First time visiting this Tims and it was awesome, we went around 1pm and there was a line but it was super quick. When we got to pick up our surprise box and order drinks we were surprised by the super awesome and friendly staff. Ashneet and Jas were so kind and made our visit something to brighten up our day. Our treats were fresh and hand selected in front of us and by the far best box we’ve had yet. We will be making this our new regular Tim’s .

If there was an award for the worst Tim's in Canada, this place would be a contender. The staff are extremely slow, they are often out of necessary ingredients and it's always very sticky in there. Seeing how many problems there are this is clearly a management problem.The operator of this Tim's just doesn't care and it really shows, from lack of training, lack of manpower and lack of planning.Avoid this Tim's if you can.

Bathroom is always closed for “cleaning” which never really happens. The sign “cleaning” is permanently displayed in front of the bathroom. Provide access to facilities. It’s not fair to do that.

This is the worst Tim’s in Calgary. The service is bad and they will rarely make you what you order. Don’t order food after 1:00. Actually don’t order food at all, it usually tastes stale or overcooked.

Very slow service. Cant even count as a Tim Hortons service. Staffs keep talking each other. Just for an egg & cheese took me 13 minutes to get it. Drink was done right away. Only 2 people in the line. No drive through or app pick up. Still dead

Why does this place lock off its bathrooms with a Closed For Cleaning sign. I have been here 30 minutes and there is no cleaning going on there. Provide access to bathroom facilities. Require a key if need be.Edit: The automated reply from the T.H. "owner", it takes you to a USA dominated store location lookup so you cannot even put in a valid feedback entry. I was told by the office I was visiting next door that that bathroom is never open, so this experience was not a one of.

Typical Tim Hortons. Staff are nice and coffee is fresh.
When visiting Calgary, Tim Hortons is worth your time and effort. Coffee was hot and the donuts were on point. Service was quick with my order, and were friendly. No free WiFi so that wasn't worth hanging out in Tim Hortons. But!! The donuts were very tasty and very fresh tasting. Tim Hortons is worth your time and effort.

Absolutely worst experience, stuff here seems not motivated to work, and doesn’t treat customers properly.Ordered a coffee, the stuff wasn’t paid attention to my instructions, so I need to repeat multiple times and eventually handed me a medium coffee instead of the large I ordered.
