For the past couple of months, my orders have been off; missing sauce or flavor shots in my iced capps. I thought I'd give the benefit of the doubt, but it's becoming more consistent, so, Six days in a row, I ordered a farmers sausage breakfast wrap, and have had no sauce on any. I've requested to make sure there is sauce on the wrap, and have been assured the staff would make sure there was sauce, but there never is any. I've been proposed with purchasing extra sauce, but extra of nothing is still nothing. Please make sure you are providing everything the customer pays for, because not giving the customer what they paid for, is fraud.The staff are pretty friendly in general, so good job on that. I would like to point out, that there are usually 1-4 beggars lined up along the drive thru and doors, making the visit a bit uncomfortable, considering half of them look better dressed than most people.This used to be my favourite location, because the quality and consistency was good, but I don't know what has changed over the last couple of months.

To be honest, many people complain about coffee, but I like it. Not expensive, tasty, hot. Good service and very fast. A great place to grab a glass of coffee and a sandwich while running.

Waited almost 10 minutes to be served while waiting a bum was walking around asking people for money management did nothing.my favorite donught was discontinued after being brought back blueberry fritter WHY.have been going to this location since it opened and the service is always bad at the counter drive-thru is always good.midnapore location is 100 percent better.dont know why I keep going to the sommerset location.

Atmosphere does not come into the picture because I went through the drive-through.
I have been to this location several times now but never again. They are highly staffed for the drivethru but poorly staffed at the counter. The counter customers have to wait for someone to come and serve while the drivethru staff socialize. Today, at least 4 people standing, not doing anything at the drivethru and there were 4 customers waiting for counter service. When I finally did get served I had to tell the attendant twice that my steeped tea is with milk only. Then no thanks for my patience, waiting, etc.Just awful service. Save yourself a bad experience and stay away. There's lots of competition for coffee and donuts in Shawnasee and I just can't bring myself to recommend this location at all.To whoever sent the reply, instead of asking me to contact your Customer care team, just get them to review the history of complaints and get someone out here to fix this location. You don't need any more input or comments. This store is clearly a problem.

Dirty location, coffee was warm, not hot. My coffee got stolen by some homeless people sitting next to us, and got a replacement from a good lady. The washroom was like if it went through world wars.

The coffee is so bad never hot always luke warm. Tims has really gone down hill.why is the coffee tasting more like water. And when you order a triple triple why can't they get that right, always never sugar, or I get a black coffee.
