10 people working behind the counter, took 5 minutes of waiting for some to finally come take my order, and I had to ask one of the employees that was just standing around. Terrible service at this location.

Used to be a 3 but now it's a 1. I bought a roast beef cravable sandwhich and got one piece of roast beef. The picture on the menu shows at least three. The attendant said it's because they fold the roast beef so it looks like more in the picture... However, there's no way that one piece of roast beef could be folded so many times that it looks like three and still fill the bun. Very disappointed in the false advertising.

My go-to Tim's.They are often out of stock - especially in the evening, but they are pretty quick in the mornings and I swear they make my coffee perfect everytime.Their speakers must not work that well as I find I am often having to repeat myself but the girls I usually see are always friendly, smiling and prompt.

They make worst coffee and breakfast sandwiches.I usually get double double, triple triple, and breakfast . we been going here in this location for a long time . All of their taste has worsened now and the staff were very rude and cannot understand what they’re saying when you order. We have stopped going to this place as it is totally waste of money now.

I go to this time and have been almost every morning for 3 months and every morning they somehow screw up my order. I have to repeat myself at least 10 times. And i like to order a farmers sausage wrap with EXTRA chipotle, and its an extra 30cents for that and this is now like the 12th or 13th time they think EXTRA means NO. So about 13 times i have paid an extra 30 cents on my order for extra sauce theyve gotten in the habit of giving me NONE what so ever. Kind of getting sick of not getting what i paid for.
Hi team,I am glad to share my experience at Tims. It was totally unexpected cause I migrated from India recently and didnt taste Tim Hortons before in India. I have tasted more than 7 types of drinks till now in recent days and all were best. I wish you good luck and keep serving good drinks. God Bless You ❤️

Went to get a quick lunch, and normally, I know the employees are stressed and overworked, but when I have to repeat my two item order to them, almost 7 times that's when it gets ridiculous. They kept sighing into the speaker like I was the one who got my order wrong 6 times. I eventually got my stuff and went inside because I had forgotten an item, and they interrupted me and assumed I was there to use the bathroom? For some reason. Why, on any part of earth, would I wait 15 minutes to ask for the bathroom. The chicken parmeasean pizza is very lacking in flavour. it's just dry chicken on pizza sauce with little bit of cheese
