Was very thrown off by the machine unable read my app, so I went to the counter.they double charge me off the app and told me it never worked I looked at my bank statement minutes later, double charges. Don't trust these scam artists who sell burnt coffee to their supposed loyal customers.
Came to this location after spending 9 hours at the hospital, the staff member in drive through was very rude. Both my sandwiches were wrong, I live over a hour out of town and was so disappointed when I got home! You wouldn’t think making two sandwiches would be that hard! Wasted over 25$ on food I didn’t even end up eating! Maybe instead of chatting with your friends while I sit in drive through you look at the screen and make the PAYING customer order right

The owner of this establishment should be embarrassed and ashamed to be in charge! Would avoid this location at all costs you’ll be out money! Very busy, they only had 2 types of timbits and over half the baking shelf was empty. I also got a 10 pack of timbits but when I got home there was only 9 . So while I love timhortons this would not be my choice location.
