The most busiest Tim Hortons I have ever seen (atleast since last 1.5 months I am attending SAIT). Long line, fast service, non-stop hardworking staff....man hats off to all. Praise and honor to these staff for handling pressure so well. Absolutely nothing to complain here....

I ordered the everything bagel with garlic cream cheese and when I went to eat it, there was a small amount of cream cheese spread on only one side of the bagel, the other side was dry with none. I went to the cashier to ask for more cream cheese and the cashier when to a different lady and told her my situation. She laughed and the cashier gave me the side of cream cheese with a reluctant attitude where I felt that I asked for too much. I felt embarrassed and upset with the way they handled it.I normally look forward to having these bagels that are generous with cream cheese and spread thoroughly. It looked like it was slapped together with no consideration.I know they were busy so it was an easy thing for me to just ask for a more. But they made it uncomfortable.I won't be back.

Really disappointed today. I order iced coffee and they didn’t tell me they dont have cream .if they let me know they don’t have cream i may order something else but they handed me iced coffee without cream which taste really bad . I also asked them if they exchange this vofee With another but they denied it reaaly really disappointed with this service.Totally waste of my money.

The employees are slow as hell! 3 of them there inside with 2 tills. None of them on the till to serve!! I waited in line for 30 minutes just to redeem my 2200 points for an egg and cheese wrap which is only for 1100. The lady was asking me to pay saying I do not have enough points!!! Ridiculous. When I asked that i have twice the required points why can't I redeem, she answered no idea!!

I know the place is really busy but the staff members need to respect the customers. Today I asked for everything bagel but she replied me in a very rude way that we don’t have it! Then I wanted a cusomized order she again denied for it. I always order the same thing from thing but she said no customisation. That’s really disrespectful. They need to improve it.

This has to be one of the worst Tim Hortons. No customer service, no urgency and no care put into anything. Waited 20 mins for a coffee and then when they noticed it was like “oh well” meanwhile there are others waiting. This seems to be an occurrence nowadays no-one cares about their customers. Customer service is non existent here!!!

I ordered one item around 10:45 and got my order at 11:05 took them at least 15 minutes to give my order. I ordered online to skipped the line but I feel like the waiting time for online order are longer. One of the manager were so mean when I asked about my order around 11:05.

NO CUP HOLDERS! They haven't had cup holders available for a month by now. You'd think it's no biggie, but if you're holding food with the other hand, it really hurts holding the hot drinks with your bare hands.The long lines aside (both mobile orders and physical lines), they make a lot of mistakes. More than rarely, I've been given no sugars on my orders and sometimes coffee instead of tea (and sometimes when they're not even busy). One time, they forgot my mobile order entirely, then I had to line up after 40 minutes. Check your orders before you leave the area if you don't want to come back.Then there's the wait... If you ordered food using the mobile app, be prepared to wait. You will see the workers make your food, but then keep them in the counters (out of your reach) for 5 to 10 minutes. The app is finicky and sometimes will load for more than 20 minutes. Plan wisely.

The food is very good. Quick and good meals for breakfast. It's not expensive for their standards.But what I went to Downtown was sad, the atmosphere. Every moment a young man who was extremely drugged came in. Getting to the point where there are more drug addicts than non-drug addicts in the place.I don't recommend this one, at this particular location. Terrible.However, I have been to other very good ones. For example, in the Beltiline neighborhood.

the workers have no hustle or obligation to work fast. Every time I go there there is a massive line due to the sluggish movements of the workers absolute disgrace to the whole franchise. They are unsanitary especially the scrawny Indian fellow who touches his hair and his face before preparing the customers food infront of our eyes. They really need to hire new staff because even the middle aged ladies that work there have no work ethic and should retire and kick rocks.

Just wanted to give a shout out to one of your staff (female Asian-Chinese descent mid 40s I guess), I apologize to get her name. She was so amazing that I left my card in the machine but she able to give it back to me and recognized me. Such a dynamic service.
