Would give this place 0 stars if possible. Oredered through skip, everything except my drink was disgusting. Donuts taste like old canola oil, all the hashbrowns are burnt to crisp and clearly cooked in used dirty, dirty friers. Couldnt be bothered to nicely put my food in the bag and the farmers wrap was just tossed in there quite literally. Payed for bbq sauce, didnt taste or see even a drop. You guys dont care and its clear.

Need to be more customer service oriented ...ordered a food item and a coffee ...was delivered the food but they forgot about the coffee while it was just me waiting for the order ..no other customer ...the employees were busy talking and pranking each other rather than focusing on completing the order.Also, I could see a lot of dust around the food delivery area, especially on the chimney, next to the window.

So I work in the building and like right now. At 10 o'clock on Sunday morning, i'd love to get a cup of tea or a cup of coffee but the mobile ordering is turned off so there's no way to get to it. They also close 15 minutes before they're actually supposed to be closed cutting their service hours short, so realistically speaking, this is the worst run worst managed Tim hortons I've ever been to. I've ever had. The misplasure of trying to online order from and the staff is completely careless in everything, including their preparation and varied portions. You learn which days are the " good" days.

No public bathroom. How are customers supposed to wash their hands before eating?
They gave me yesterday’s donut, asked coffee with no sugar - she put me sugar in it. Everything croissant was overcooked and burnt :( the worst Team Hortons in Canada ;(P.S. and washroom was out of order!!!!!!!!

As our closest Tim Hortons, we visit 1-2 times a month. The food and drinks are standard for the franchise and we usually don't have any issues. This time round there was a mess-up with the order and I had to return to add a missed meal. On top of this, we bought a 10-pack of Tim Bits and got home to discover we were given 8... Not the worst experience but still inconvenient.
